Genove has been my heating and air conditioning company for over 15 years. They show up religiously to service my heating and hvac unit annually. When I have compared pricing for oil they are very competitive and provide the service we have depended on for years. 24 hour service gives me the piece of mind I rely on; especially during these difficult months.

These guys are fantastic. Had an issue with my boiler and needed a quick fill up in the middle of a cold snap on a Friday and Genove was able to squeeze me in before the weekend. The best time table I got from other competitors was 4 business days which would have left me in the cold until Thursday the following week. They'll be my first call for anything going forward.

I have been really disappointed with this service. After my AC maintenance this spring I had a flood in my basement linked directly to mistakes the technician made. Recently I had the same company service my furnace (I have been using them for several years). The technician informed me that the AC unit on my third floor had been full of overflow water. Presumably this was from the first faulty service. I asked if I should do something about it and he said no it was OK. I wondered about that. I then noticed that I have brand new water damage below the machine in the ceilings of both bedrooms. I guess he simply emptied the water out onto the attic floor and it seeped through the ceilings. Now I have to have painters come in. Very unhappy. Won't be using them again.
