We have used Genove for several years now. A few months ago, chaos ensued in our basement and soot was raining everywhere. Shawn from Genove was over almost immediately on a Saturday morning with a quick diagnosis. Basically our chimney liner was completely deteriorated. He spent hours cleaning it up and letting us know what we needed to do to fix it. We booked a maintenance call for once that was fixed, and the gentleman who came spent a great amount of time making sure everything was working as it should. He recommended replacing our ductless and Shawn was back here within the week and installed it for us. Shawn was been more than helpful and informative. He's kind, knowledgeable & respectful, which is especially important during the pandemic when you have people working in your home. We highly recommend Genove!! Haven't had one negative experience!

Outstanding level of service, highly recommend. I have personally used Genove Oil for 3 years and am on a Gold Service Plan for my boiler (oil). However, they have been servicing my home for several decades. They are highly responsive and competent when it comes to service calls and to routine boiler maintenance. They are courteous and eager to provide top service to their clients. They also routinely deliver fuel and stay on top of levels in my home to ensure we don't run out. They have a small, family-owned feel. Don't hesitate to send them your business.

I was experiencing issues with my oil furnace system last night and Shawn O. from Genove came out within an hour of my call to provide service. He was friendly, professional, and resolved the issue quickly. Great guy all around. I have been with this oil provider for only six months and its comforting to know I really can count on them!

Genove has looked after the heating system in our family home for more than 40 years. Given that we had a resident HVAC engineer in the house, Genove had a high bar to clear, which they have continued to do over many years. Great service, professional, courteous, responsive, and respectful to the family's changing needs. I highly recommend them.

And yet, they kept my call on their radar and when a cancellation happened, they called immediately to ensure that they could help me out. The service was professional. We were looking to replace our oil burner and hot water heater. Armando from Genove Oil came to our house to provide an estimate. He was very professional and highly knowledgeable. The installation crew - Richi, Zach, and Ryan - did a great job. They kept the place clean and the noise down. Their workmanship was impeccable. Now, we are also using Genove for oil delivery and truly feel that we are in good hands!

Purchased our house over the summer and called Genove over others for their reviews and because they had done prior inspections on the furnace. Come time to get inspected this year and I can see why the previous owners relied on them.

Jake G. showed up exactly on time and was able to inspect, clean and talk to me about the furnace and things to watch out for in less time than was forcasted when I set up the appointment. He was already wearing a mask when I got to the door, politely introduced himself and got right to work. Really appreciate the work Jake did as well as how easy it was to sign up, schedule and pay for everything.

We're new renters and our landlords didn't give us much guidance in terms of how to fill our oil tank, so we did some research, took a shot in the dark, and used Genove Oil. They are FANTASTIC! Genove Oil & Air has been our heating system and AC/heat pump oil provider and maintenance service company for probably 20 years now. They always come through for us, even during some tough late night and weekend emergencies when their 24-hour service was truly wonderful. The latest was when the sight glass for monitoring radiator system water level broke and started pouring water onto the basement floor. They responded very quickly and repaired the damage even though it was at night on the weekend. This is typical of the service they provide, whether regular maintenance or on an as-needed basis.
