Just had the annual maintenance on our air conditioning system. Technician arrived on time, was very courteous and spent time answering my questions as well as performing the maintenance. I also appreciate the fact that Genove calls you to remind you of your appointment and to also let you know that the technician is on his way!

I just bought a home in Waltham and had an older water heater and wanted to get it looked at. They ended up replacing my old tank with a newer, bigger, better tank, at a very reasonable price. The service people were early, polite, cleaned up after themselves and nothing but professional. I would highly recommend their services.

I have been a customer for more than 4 years now. They are always on time to fill the oil. Maintenance and service is flexible to schedule. Jake recently did the annual service and he was great.

Genove Oil & Air said that they were interested in bidding on my project. They came and saw it and then never provided a quote despite follow-up. So no horror story or anything, but not the best customer service in my case. If you decide not to bid, at least tell me that and why rather than continuing to say you will provide a quote and not following through.

I recently needed an oil delivery ASAP with a pending snowstorm forecast. Genove responded very quickly and I and my wife were greatly appreciative. Also, my elderly next door neighbor told me that the Genove oil man took a few minutes to help her shovel out her driveway which I thought was a very nice thing to do. So whoever made the oil delivery that day deserves a beer from the company!

Our water heater burst and I called Genove Oil at 12noon and by 12:45pm
their service manager Armando was at my door to evaluate the situation. By 1:30pm the new water heater was delivered and at 1:38pm the installer Josh arrived to install it. He also installed a new ball valve cut off as the old one was faulty. What an excellent company to have on my side. Thanks Guys.

My central AC went out on one of the hot August days. I called my usual provider who couldn't come out for 2 weeks! I then called Genove who sent Frank out within 24 hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in about an hour. The bill for the repair was quite reasonable. Thanks Genove! From now on, I'll call you first!

I appreciate the professionalism of the staff a Genove Oil & Air, Inc. They reminded me months ahead of time, that I should have the annual maintenance performed on my oil furnace. The tech that showed up, wearing a mask and gloves and performed excellent service on the furnace.

I would strongly recommend Genove Oil & Air. Their oil prices are highly competitive, regular deliveries and they have great service. Shout out to Rob and to Josh who was very responsive and quickly diagnosed an air handler/ducting issue.

I have purchased my heating oil, had emergency repairs done, and boiler servicing completed by Genove. For the past ten years I have had great service, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Great quality and great crew of guys.
