Been working with Genove for about 8 years. Always have experienced professional, quick service from the team. In Jan 2021, we had to have a furnace replaced and the Genove team came was quick efficient and professional. Thank you Ritchie, Ryan and Shawn!

In general I don't write reviews unless it's been long enough to verify how good the service is on the long run. After almost a year being serviced by Genove I think they're absolutely great is terms of transparency, honesty and decency. They've got good people working for decades and it says a lot. But what really surprised me is the fact that when my burner died and I called in at 10pm, I got a call back in 5 minutes and a guy tried to troubleshoot it over the phone with me for half an hour - kudos!

We had our complementary annual boiler tuneup today. Jake was the technician on site and couldn’t have been nicer and more informative on all the ways I can prolong the life of the system and respond to any minor emergency situations (how to shut off water feeder if there’s a leak, reset the boiler, etc.) We have had two deliveries so far this year and they have both been flawless - oil delivered without us home, a receipt in our mailbox and then emailed later in the day. I would highly recommend Genove!!

Genove installed our new oil boiler with an indirect tank. I couldn't be happier with how it went. Armando is an absolutely fantastic guy. He helped us pick the right equipment and was there to answer any questions we had. Shawn and Richie did the install. Pure professionals who obviously take a lot of pride in their work and it showed. Many thanks to the whole team for making the process painless.

Genove put in a central air conditioning system for us. We were absolutely thrilled by the professionalism of the team, the quality of the installation, and ease of working with the crew. One year after the installation - we couldn't happier. We would highly recommend Genove.

We have had tremendous service from Genove for several years now. The latest great service happened this week when the delivery person had to cross our very heavily snow covered yard to reach the pipe. We hadn't yet cleared a path yet the dedicated and determined delivery person trudged though the mess and got the job done.

We are so grateful for such commitment to the customer no matter what the conditions or circumstances.

Genove has been my oil supplier for over 20 years and I could not be happier. They are always prompt and on time with their deliveries. I have also counted on them in many different emergencies with my heating system through the years. They have treated me like I was a priority and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a solid HVAC company.

I had an oil leak and called Genove on a Friday afternoon. Shawn was at my house in less than an hour and could not have been friendlier or more professional. Great service and very efficient. 10 out of 10!

I switched from another oil provider that was becoming outrageously expensive 4 years ago to Genove after doing extensive research into available companies that served Newton, MA.

Genove was one of the few at that time that provided me with transparency in costs per gallon of oil and didn't play any games with silly savings promotions and other nonsense that made it hard to determine actual costs.

Four years later and I'm still very happy with my choice. Genove's delivery costs are in line with the average of the Mass Oil Survey Website and the time I needed service, Genove did a great job at a good price.

You really can't go wrong with this high-quality family business. Highly recommended!

Genove is an outstanding company. I had central A/C installed in my house in Newton, in August, while I was on vacation. The installation only took 2 days and when I returned home, I couldn't tell anyone had been there... other than the new ceiling vents and perfect 68 degree temp in the house! They service the system annually at a very fair rate. The technician is always prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. Between their rates, experience and customer service, I have nothing but glaring things to say about Genove and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in the Boston or metro west area looking for a good heating or A/C company
