For the first year they were fantastic ,did their job well oil price was resonalble,recommended few of my frieds and they also sign the contract with this company ,next year here is the rip off begins they send me a bill of 319 to cover tune up plan yearly and said any thing related with boiler will be covered i said ok i paid.then beging of january they deliver 155 gallon at 3.29 per gallon and charge my credit card with out informing about the price for oil went up drastically.i called them they answere were like the oil price is not up to them..what does that mean...fine i made appoint for tune up.the theire tune up technician came did tune up replaced few other parts,then week later i get a bill for 194 dollars for parts and labour ,also saw in the bill the actual price just for tune up is 160 dollar so what for they charge me 320 up front.i called them they have all sorts of excuse .and i also paid for the tank protection ,their technicians told me its leaking but the company said its not covered since the tank is leaking from the top,when it leaking its leaking what does it matter from top or side or bottom ,why did i pay for tank protection.at this point i am really disappointed with this company.i discontinued my membership witout hesitating becausing calling this company will frustrate me even more,my couple friend that i recommend this company will be leaving soon.most important is when u guys buy home these company agent will show up with big fake smile and all good deal for first year then they will take everything out next year,please think twice out there ,if its possible i will give them no star....do not deal with this company!!!!such a rip off and hidden fee left and right!!!
