Balanced HVAC

Balanced HVAC did a great job installing our Mitsubishi ductless HVAC system. One exterior condenser and 4 interior units. We had two other companies come out to evaluate and give an estimate. We live in a geodesic home which presents unique challenges. Lincoln devised a great installation plan to provide heat and A/C to the entire home. Looks great. Installed in one day. Very professional team. Adds value to the home. Can’t wait to use the system this winter and next summer!

Great Initial installation and great PM service. Techs are extremely personable and knowledgeable. I had a mini split system installed off cape and even though the that other company was highly rated they could not measure up to Balanced HVAC. Fast and efficient I rate them 5 stars.

This company took me for $700.00 with a repair lasting 48 hours.

That being said don’t you think a good business would have passed on the job, instead of knowingly bruising someone like you did.

Few years ago, I decided to upgrade my furnace (central heat), adding central AC and tankless water heater. Mr Lincoln was very helpful, informative and professional when i consult with some advise. They came in and did fantastic job timely and professionally. Unfortunately my tankless water heater start leaking few years later (not because of their work) it was because of product itself. At that time manufacture of this tankless water company was not existing any more and I had to purchase whole new tankless water heater. Mr Lincoln helped me with subcontractor (since balanced HVAC does not do water heater) and so on. Every time When I dealt with this company, I was happy and satisfied with their professional work.

Now last night(Friday night), my thermostat stopped working, so I gave them a call on Friday night and left a message expecting to hear back from them on Monday morning. (Normal business hours). But surprisingly, they called me back on Saturday morning and told me unfortunately they don’t serve in Centerville area any more due to their size of company and they are busy with sandwich area customer and they want to keep their customer happy. But yet they called me back as curtesy to inform me about this and even told me that they will give me some good HVAC contractor who serves my area on Monday. I was very impressed about this phone call I received. This is just real professionalism. Unfortunately my ac is still broken, I really wish they can work for mine but I guess I will call them on Monday and grab contact information of some HVAC contractors who serves my area. I hope those contractors are as good as Balanced HVAC guys.
I rarely see such an great company/people with this high level of customer service. I can truly see they really care about customers. No wonder why they are so successful.

Now I hope I will find HVAC company in my area as good as Balanced HVAC this coming Monday.

Thank you for the great work your company did for our home. Upgraded HVAC for our 2nd floor and in the basement. Nice and clean look all around. Matt, Brody & Jeremy were extremely professional & polite, especially to our 22 month old son who loved all the activity! The furnace was in very bad shape and the crew came in and replaced it in just a few hours. They were efficient and well well mannered and professional. They even cleaned up after themselves and it was very snowy ! I'm very pleased!

My air conditioning quit working and needed servicing. I searched the computer for service companies near me and found Balanced HVAC. When I Called, the lady who took my call was very nice and polite and understood my issue and said someone would call. I received a call back in no time at all, and Jeremy came to my home that day. He was very nice and very knowledgeable in quickly assessing the issue, repairing Presenting to me all options for future service and upgrading as necessary. Told me who to talk to regarding future service or appointments and maintenance. A very nice experience in every way possible. Balanced HVAC was a pleasure to work with! the entire crew is upbeat, positive, punctual... it's a really nice experience to have people come service your house and you can tell they truly love their job and the company they work for!
Lincoln really impressed me, his attitude, knowledge and service is superb and honestly I didnt think that existed anymore, especially for the competitive pricing. We will be lifelong customers!

Our HVAC replacement was 2 months ago and our zoning was a month ago... all is working beautifully and we couldn't be happier

The balanced team was great and would highly recommend for mini split installation. They were very helpful in explaining the process and have been great to work with.

Been running the unit for a month now and have had no issues yet (both for heat and cooling)!
