Several of my friends and colleagues referred Lincoln and Balanced HVAC to me when I was looking for a new installation of a ductless system. Lincoln came to our condo to do the estimate himself which we received promptly. You can tell that he is extremely talented and passionate about his work. His office staff was amazing when scheduling the job, helping with rebates and answering general questions. When the crew arrived to do our install, they were right on time, polite and organized. This is the most professional company that I’ve ever worked with, from the beautiful fleet of work vehicles, the uniforms, the organized and clean job site, the amazing crew and the INCREDIBLE quality of their work. We are very happy customers and I will continue to recommend Balanced HVAC to everyone I know!

Balanced HVAC is an outstanding company. They are experienced, do highest quality work, are very professional and of the utmost importance is that they really care about their customers. They go out of the way to help and satisfy their customers! I have been completely satisfied with them. The office staff and the technicians are pleasant to deal with and are very responsive.

Jeremy, the service tech was excellent. We wanted the filters that the original owners used but did not realize they were a special orderl. This should have been in our file. As a result, we have to have service tech out again to install the requested filters.

The installers showed up right on time, were very cordial, efficient, and knowledgable.
They were immaculate, and spent time teaching us about the split operation. Soon after they finished, the electrician arrived and like the installers, completed the job.
I highly recommend Balanced HVAC, as we were happy to have a business who cared about their customer as they did!

We would highly recommend Balanced. Lincoln, Taylor and Matt were all extremely professional, helpful and terrific to work with. Their solutions for our home were superior to those posed by other HVAC companies. We have been very happy with all aspects, from scheduling an appointment for a quote to post-installation inquiries.

We were having trouble finding someone to fix our heating system after the major power outage. Balanced HVAC was professional and communicated clearly. They made the effort to accommodate our needs and sent out a technician a day earlier than originally scheduled. Pricing was fair. I will use this company again.

Earlier this year our Village approved the installation of a/c units in cottages. I had seen Balanced performing installations at several cottages and asked them to visit and submit a proposal. I received it with 24 hours. The day of the installation they arrived within the promised 30 minute window and swiftly and efficiently completed their work. A carpenter and electrician were also available for preparation work, so everything went smoothly. Lincoln and his crew of Matt, Jeremy and Brody were fantastic, and they cleaned up afterwards so there was no trace they had been in our cottage. The main point of contact at Balanced is Taylor Jonas who coordinates everything from their office and ensured our project ran smoothly, properly, timely and efficiently. The team at Balanced was great to work with, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to install a/c. One of the best companies we’ve worked with on the Cape.
