Balanced HVAC

We had Balanced HVAC install a combined central AC and mini split system about 9 years ago. Lincoln was very knowledgeable and professional. His recommendation for the combined system was to provide the level of comfort we were seeking without extensive retrofitting of ducting. It has worked beautifully! Also, Lincoln was very helpful in ensuring that we had all the paperwork for the available refunds and tax rebates. When we call to make our annual service appointment, the office personnel are always very polite and knowledgeable. We receive an e-mail and a phone call reminder the day before. The technician is always very professional and polite, and the service is completed in a very clean and neat manner. I highly recommend this company!

Excellent service and knowledgeable. Brodie pinpointed the AC problem immediately and had all fixed within 1.25 hours. Also checked compressor and recommended we replace an 18 yr old capacitor. We highly recommend this company for fast, reliable service. By the way, we had contacted another company who said they are no longer taking on residential customers but Brodie noted they do only residential and can respond rapidly.

Once again, for the second time the I called this company, they responded the same morning. The tech (Jeremy) arrived right on time, was polite, professional and did an excellent job in an appropriate time period. He did detailed work, cleaned up after himself, even removed his shoes when entering the house. He was informative, looked for the most inexpensive way to correct the issue and didn't try to up sell at all. I would recommend this company and that tech(Jeremy) to anyone. I give them as many stars as one can get on here!.

I used Balanced HVAC 4 years ago to put in a high velocity system. II see them annually to service my units. While doing a major construction project, I learned I had to have my system moved. Matt from Balanced was there the next day for us, walked me though the process and reassured me my units would be protected. Balanced is FANTASTIC!

My experience with balance HVAC has been excellent. Lincoln was very knowledgeable and thorough. Matt and the crew were great. They always left my home as if they were never there. The guys even all knew to make sure they were careful not to let my cat get out.The office staff always kept me updated about the job process and answered any questions I may have had. Balanced was able to install a ductless HVAC system on very short notice when our traditional system died right before a holiday. The team was knowledgeable, polite, neat and efficient. I highly recommend them!

Scheduled for a Monday install, asked if they could come early (which was preferable) and start the Friday before. Finished the install in less than two days for a seven zone heat pump mini-split system. Everything was neat and tidy with minimal wall intrusion for wiring and other lines. They helped with all the paperwork required for securing the MassSave loan and are helping us submit the proper forms for the rebate. They have been among the most responsive companies that we have worked with on the Cape and we would highly recommend.

Emergency heating call, we had heat one hour after I called for help. Amazing customer service!
