Used website to make an appointment, and was called back within 24 hours. Jeremy showed up on-time, and determined the issue along with recommendations / estimated costs to take care of the issues. Would use them again!!

Was notified by email with 24 hrs notice that appt time had been changed by the vendor. Called and issue was resolved. Tech was on time and did a good job. Priced way too high for the 70 minute annual maintenance visit with no major issues.

Fixed our A/C in less than 6 hours of our call (on a very hot day). Great communication and great service.

We were a new customer with an A/C that quit working when it was needed most. They responded immediately, fixed the problem with one visit and kept in touch throughout the process.
We are so impressed with their service and professionalism that we are having them replace our 22 year old furnace. We have also signed up for a regular maintenance program with them for our A/C and heating systems.
Update - we now have a new heating system that was professionally installed by three technicians in one morning. And we now have a reliable and responsive HVAC contractor - peace of mind!
Update 4/26/23 - Balanced did our annual A/C system maintenance an in additon found and fixed a distribution duct which was not fully connected. This has vastly improved our whole house A/C and heating system. Thanks for above and beyond service.

I had a new system installed recently and asked them to come for a reevaluation. Just wanted to make sure that I was using it correctly and had a few questions about its operation. The technician was awesome and explain the things in detail 👌

I’m so glad we did. The crew was punctual, respectful, and very knowledgeable. Brody went above and beyond to make sure our new system worked well. Taylor was very helpful in seeing that everything we needed was in stock and we could get our system as quickly as possible.

I’m ashamed to say that Balanced HVAC was the 4th call I made for an estimate and the only regret was not calling them sooner.I was about to give up on this heat pump install when I then came across a review from Balanced HVAC where the person mentioned that the owner came to their house to give them an estimate. Just think about that for a second, the owner of a company is taking the time to go to your home, to establish a good first impression, to ensure that the customer is getting a proper estimate and getting what they want installed, getting the correct information of what can be done, and what needs to be done to properly install the system. This is extremely rare now a days. I thought to myself, if anyone is going to install my heat pump, its going to be these guys. Sure enough, I placed the call and Taylor setup an appointment for me; lo and behold Lincoln arrived at my home to give me an estimate. He put on some booties to prevent any dirt from his work boots, checked out my upstairs, downstairs, electrical panel, and then we both went outside, and I pointed to the location I wanted the outdoor unit to go. The next day I had an estimate. I then decided I wanted two different designer heads, which required a different outdoor unit due to the size difference. I received a new updated estimate a day later. A few weeks later I finally gave them the go ahead. Since my wife and I are both nurses at local hospitals, they were able to work around our schedule. They arrived on the date we set; Lincoln surveyed the house to take notes the week before. The install date started on time with their crew unloading and setting up mats over my hardwood and tile floors to prevent any damage. Their crew was courteous and polite, they explained what they were doing and then at the end of the day, they had a cleaner come and sort the place and Lincoln’s son was there till the end and gave me an update as to what they were going to be doing the next day. The following day, their electrician and plumber came by to do their end of the work and a few members of their crew were on site to tie up the remainder of the install and test out the system. Since the install 3 weeks ago, it has been working flawless and better than my wife and I expected. I had called up Taylor and asked if one of their staff could come by the house to go over some questions I had related to the thermostat and without any issue, they came by to go over some advanced features I requested.
I honestly can’t say enough about these folks. Just talking to their crew, they were telling me how Lincoln is great to work for and they have been with the company for many years. It shows, they are reliable and hard working. They do a great job and are very knowledgeable. They were able to install everything I wanted from the start and were able to address any questions or concerns that I had, not to mention they were able to do what other contractors were unable to do. Their price is fair and competitive but that is where the similarities end. Their customer support, reliability, honesty, expertise and dedication to perfection far exceeds any other contractor I dealt with. I wish I would have called them from the start. You folks have a customer for life. Thanks Balanced HVAC.

I had them install ducked electric heat pumps and they did an amazing job, I’m very happy that they consulted with me before starting the project and did everything just like I wanted! Helped me with the rebate program and did everything for me! I’ll definitely hire them again for my other heating projects that i have upcoming!

Couldn't ask for better service installing a mini HVAC svstem than Balanced HVAC. Floors were covered where units were installed and disposable boots were over their shoes so nothing was tracked into the house. Each worker had a specific job to do and everyone was efficient and worked like a well oiled machine. When done everything was clean as before they came. Lastly they explained in simple detail how to run the systems and clean the filters. Taylor at the office took care of filling out all the rebates . A superb team starting from the top.
