The gal who took my call was very knowledgeable about the furnace issue we were having, and the HVAC technician was at our house within 1.5 hours of the call. Within 2.5 hours from the initial call, the issue was solved. It was a great experience.

Lincoln and his crew has always taken care of my HVAC needs. They are quick, responsive, and knowledgeable in everything they do. I have been using them for over 10 years and have always been pleased with the level of service provided. I would recommend them to anyone.

Had Balanced at my house to replace my heating and cooling system in my main house, and then install two Mitsubishi mini splits to control the climate in parts of my home that didn’t have air conditioning before. The crew came in, laid down drop cloths and got to work immediately. Before the end of the day I had a complete install and the house was left cleaner than when they got here. A total 5 Star experience. Highly recommended!

I have been using Balanced HC for both my home and office AC service for many years and they have always been prompt, reliable and very professional in all aspects of their work. I recently had an emergency AC situation at home and have to say that they went above and beyond to help troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve the problem.
They are my "go to" place for AC maintenance and new installation and I cannot say enough good things about them!

Excellent job from beginning to end installing new furnace, duct zoning, central A/C, and mini split. It was a somewhat complicated project but
Lincoln had it figured out from the start as opposed to several other contractors who looked at it. Taylor in the office is outstanding-competent, responsive and professional. Matt and his installation crew did a meticulous job.. A/C Service is also outstanding. I would highly recommend them

I had a brand new gas furnace and central air installed 2 years ago. The first summer the AC worked great. The second summer the ac would not cool the house. I had them come back and check the system. They told me everything was fine with the unit. No resolution from them and will have to call another company to service the unit as it still runs constantly and takes forever to cool house down. Worked great for 1 summer and that's it. Wish I went with another company from the start.

I called around noon and technician arrived by 3 pm. Quickly and efficiently identified drain leak, flushed & unclogged pipe. Made suggestions how to prevent issue in the future. Saved me from much worse damage. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommended Balance HVAC!!! They truly saved our lives. I was dealing with another local company that would not return my calls or emails and I was without heat going on three weeks. I called Lincoln and he had someone at my house in 15 minutes. The tech Matt was wonderful and could tell what the problem was just by the smell my furnace was giving off. 10 minutes later, Lincoln who is the owner was at my house to discuss my options. Within the hour Brody and Mark had arrived to replace my furnace. It was replaced and up and running within 3 hours. I have never met such wonderful, hardworking and truly amazing people. I hope when you read my review that you understand that I had no heat for three weeks and it took these men just three hours to provide warmth to my family again when the other company couldn't return my call. Thank you again Lincoln and Ruth!!!
