Balanced HVAC

Nov. 2022 I was in a very unfortunate situation. My less than 2-year old system was improperly installed and the contractor ignored my calls and my warranty. I ended up needing to replace the system entirely, so I reached out to 7 HVAC companies between Falmouth and Yarmouth. If you are looking for someone to do an install or repair, please listen when I tell you I have done all the research you are doing now. Given this was such a large purchase, I spent weeks educating myself on companies, systems, brands, and design options. My house had a ton of challenges that needed creative solutions. I did 7 meet and greets with 7 different companies. I spent an hour with each talking about different solutions. Believe me when I tell you that Balanced HVAC is the best of the best.

Of the 7, one company said no to how hard the job was. Three others took between 1-2 weeks to get their estimates to me. One took 3 weeks and another never even sent one. Balanced HVAC got an estimate to me in under 24 hours. They knew I was in a dire situation and really went above and beyond to get it done fast. Six companies offered standard solutions to my problems. Two of those companies even suggested running unsightly condensate lines on the front of my house. Balanced was the only one to provide a solution none of the others had thought of at a price that was better than the rest.

One company told me the soonest they could start work is 7 weeks - the rest couldn’t start until Jan and Feb 2023 because of supply and scheduling issues. It goes without saying how important it was that I have heat as soon as possible. Due to the urgent nature of the job as well as the owner’s foresight to buy supplies in advance of a shortage, Balanced HVAC was able to start work the following week. From initial consultation to completed installation in one week. Unbelievable. On top of all that, the install crew was fantastic. They were kind and left the place spotless. Small thing - the owner wore booties when he came to do the estimate. The other 6 companies did not and some tracked dirt into our house. Such a small gesture, but that’s the kind of attention to service i love.

Upon writing this, it is snowy and 33º outside. My family would be without heat right now if it weren’t for Balanced HVAC. From design to function to the urgent nature of the job, I really felt like my voice was heard. Such an incredible group of people. Lincoln and crew, I can’t thank you enough!

Balanced HVAC is our go-to company when it comes to addressing our heating & cooling needs. We think they’re the best! Each time we have had them work on our home they have been thorough, punctual, friendly, considerate, & courteous. As an added bonus, their pricing (in our opinion) is reasonable too!

Wanted to install mini-split heat pump in my house to replace baseboard heat & get some cool air in summer. Called several companies and Balanced HVAC's quote is one of the most competitive ones. They also accompanied my schedule because I was out of the country for few months. Installation was smooth and professional. They showed up on time, quickly laid out a plan, and work accordingly. The mini-split is working great right now. Will update in the future about electricity usage and if anything comes up (which I hope not).

The team was fast, friendly, and excellent installing both ducted and ductless HVAC in an 1850s home with all of the challenges of an 1850s home. Additional installations to extend HVAC to the 3rd floor happened with the same speed, design creativity and quality as the first two floors. Great team.

Quick response time during a heat wave and they actually got to me sooner than our scheduled appointment. It was my third time using their services and would definitely use them again. The employee who showed up to our house was professional, on-time and explained everything that he did and what our options would be in the future. Nothing is cheap these days but they are honest and reliable and you get what you pay for with their service.
