The Staff at Caron Heating & Cooling were a pleasure to deal with. At our initial meeting, Rick was very informative and took the time to assess our needs. Hurl was very helpful and detailed in discussing exactly how the heating and A/C system would be installed. John and Mike handled the installation. They were very prompt and professional and would detail exactly what work would be done each day. They answered all questions we had throughout the installation. During the three day project, Rick, Hurl, and Chris Caron would stop in and check on the progress and check to see if we had any questions. I have spoken to their office as well, and found Karen to be very helpful. I highly recommend Caron Heating & Cooling.

Caron recently installed a new heat and AC HVAC system for us and they were great. Tony. Mike, & John came out to do the install and they did an amazing job. Got the whole thing done in one day. Stacy was awesome to work with during the whole process from paperwork, explaining everything, and keeping us up to date on the status. The customer service is also excellent. I've never had a company follow up and make sure we were happy so much. When it's time for our other system we'll be using them again and for maintenance moving forward.

Caron Heating and Cooling replaced our AC this week. John and his team were respectful of our home, professional, and friendly. He walked me through the work before and after. Had a heat pump installed to replace my 15 year old central air conditioner (which had a small leak in the coil, which resulted in multiple freeze-ups and requiring multiple recharges). The "heat" pump will replace the air conditioner in the summer, plus it also provides heat in the winter.

I got several bids, and the price from Caron Heating and Cooling was excellent. Their installation was done on schedule, in 1 day, and very neat work. All that together is worth a 5 star review...but wait, there's more!

The included thermostat I expected to be a decent modern new thermostat. It instead was an eco Bee thermostat, with an extra sensor, that's controllable from my cell phone anywhere! (I bought an additional sensor on Amazon, so the temp is now controlled based on my actual bedroom temperature at night, and my actual kitchen/family room temperature during the daytime, not the temperature measured at the thermostat in the upstairs hallway.). This was an awesome unexpected "upgrade" from what I expected for the thermostat for them to include with this project (included in the price.)

And MORE still...Stacy at Caron Heating and Cooling did all the work to apply for the $10,000 rebate check, which I got in the mail a couple of days ago!!! Usually I do rebates like that myself (which is a lot of work) and I was a little nervous letting somebody else deal with all the forms and details, but she did it all, perfectly! With that rebate included, this was a phenomenal value.

Nate, the technician was very professional and knowledgeable regarding our boiler system. He took the time to explain the needed repairs to our heating system. We had our entire HVAC system replaced. Everyone at Caron was very kind and professional. Everything was done in the time they quoted and every team member was patient and thorough in explaining the new systems. Would recommend every time!

One zone of my hot water baseboard system stopped working… on the coldest day so far of course! Gave Caron a call and they were able to get someone to come out very quickly. I really like their reservation system as you get a reminder text and when the technician is on the way, you get a photo of them for verification.

Nate was super friendly and was quite happy to explain everything to me. He got it fixed quickly and made sure everything was working 100% before he left. He also cleaned up after himself and was respectful of my stuff.

I would call on Caron again when I have future issues or just maintenance work to be done. Very happy 😃

We could not be happier with our first appointment with Caron H&C. After multiple visits by our previous service provider who were called 3 times in less than 1 week when the furnace would not ignite, we decided to try another company - Caron came highly recommended to us by a friend; with the first call, Stacy was so professional & friendly - the customer service was wonderful. The service technician, Dave, was clearly very knowledgeable and spent a good deal of time assessing & providing service to our (very old) system. He was very honest & friendly, as well, and did not try to upsell a new system. Customer service & knowledgeable, responsive staff are the hallmark of any reputable company and Caron is at the top of the list in all categories!

Caron installed two new energy efficient furnaces, two new air conditioning units, and a tankless hot water heater. Their work was top notch and a great value. They also perform annual maintenance, and are always do a professional and thorough job. Highly recommend them for all HVAC work!
