John and Mike installed minisplits in our home this week. They were prompt, efficient and actually swept the floor when they were done! All kidding aside, both were very knowledgeable and answered my dozens of questions, some over and over again. Before the install ever came to be I was extremely impressed with the office staff who were very knowledgeable about the step by step process and handled everything smoothly and efficiently. Caron Heating is A+ from customer service to the technicians. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We had a issue with our heat staying at a warm temperature. I have an elderly parent living with us and they were very concern about making sure our heat was working properly. They quickly took care of the problem. Danny was very knowledgeable and explained the issue and how he was fixing it. Megan in customer service was prompt in getting the technician to our house and followed up with a call to make sure we were happy and if we had any questions or concerns. I had a new furnace/AC unit installed in my condo. Service was amazing, from the very helpful office staff to the technicians who came out. Techs were on time, kept everything clean (even wore booties), and were very knowledgeable in explaining what caused the old unit to fail and what they were doing as part of the new install. I had the pleasure of working with Caron Heating last year when my furnace malfunctioned. The repair tech, Nate, was professional and very informative. His explanation of the issue was very clear and I understand perfectly what happened and what was required to fix it. I enrolled in their membership option which covers a range of services for an extremely reasonable price. They will also service my central air conditioning unit. I am very grateful to have found a local HVAC vendor that truly appears to care about the customer and not how much money they can get. We all understand that these businesses are in service industry and they need money to keep the wheels turning. It is still nice to feel, as a customer, that it's not all about dollars but preventative maintenance and skilled techs that can provided the proper guidance to keep homes warm in the long New England winters, and cool in the hot month. We had Mitsubishi mini split heat pump installed with wall units installed in 4 rooms for heating and cooling. From the front office staff, to the owners, to the technicians, all were professional, polite, personable, and comfortable to be around. They had great suggestions about placement so that the external runs were as inobtrusive as possible. The technicians checked with us before attaching units, always wore booties over their shoes when they were in the house, frequently checked with us to see if we had any questions or concerns. We will highly recommend Caron Heating & Cooling to friends and family.
