Dan was very familiar with the system in these senior condos. He inspected the entire system and found it in good working condition. He then performed the required system flushing and filter cleaning. I was very pleased with his pleasantness, openness, knowledge, and thoroughness. I made the right decision contracting with Caron HVAC.

They gave my wife and I a quote we like and a date to install within a week. The installers were punctual, respectful, clean and very friendly. They did an amazing job installing our mitsubishi mini split. Very thorough and explained every little thing they were doing. We will definitely be using them in the future and would recommend them to anyone as well.

We lost our heat overnight, and woke up to a cold house. I called Caron Heating & Cooling for help. The person that answered was very nice and understanding, and did everything she could to help. They arrived almost 4 hours early, and got us back up and running in 10 minutes! The tech was very knowledgeable and gave us some great advice! We are new to our home, and he was very helpful in getting us acclimated to using this unfamiliar system. Great service, and I will be sure to recommend them to everyone I know!!

Have used Caron multiple times, they have always gone out of their way to help. Techs are excellent. They literally treat you like you were family. One of the best companies to deal with. Give them a call!

Extremely honest and responsive. They didn’t just jump to replacing everything at a high cost. They took the time to figure out what was actually wrong with my heating system and returned several times within 2 days of my initial call to ensure that everything was working correctly. Office staff was very friendly and followed up to ensure that everything went well. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend that you do too!

My wife and I are fairly new to the area, in May our AC unit didn’t work, they were the only company that came out and helped us. Great service, very nice people who work there. Caron Heating & Cooling were referred by a neighbor. The service tech Nate and his salesman counterpart Rick were very polite and professional. Nate was there to service the furnace in my duplex for maintenance and explained everything he was doing and was also kind and courteous. Would definitely recommend.

Chris and his Team at Caron did an excellent job with the replacement of my furnace and installation of new duct work to create a 2nd zone in my home. He was very responsive and attentive to my needs and budget requirements. He offered appropriate solutions right from the get go. His installation team was also very friendly and knowledgeable in their work. They were always filling me in on how the job was going and addressed any questions/concerns I had. Everyone I spoke too was extremely nice and polite We have an oil system and it would not shut off and it’s summer! Dan came over and diagnosed and fix the problem very quickly. He was beyond nice and professional, he also helped us identify issues that we were not even aware of that could have been problematic and costly in the future.
