Caron recently did an installation of a mini split and heat pump system at our home and we could not be happier. The experience was excellent with great customer service and workmanship. Rick and Stacy were very helpful in educating us on installation process and navigating the Mass save rebate program. The techs that did the installation were hardworking, professional, and were always willing to take the time to answer any of our questions. We would highly recommend Caron to anyone looking for great heating and cooling contractor.

Nate came out the other day to conduct annual maintenance on my AC system. He is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and thorough and took the time to explain everything including some test results on the unit. If you have any HVAC needs, you must call Caron! They will treat you right.

Danny came out to check my new system to ensure good for the ac season... he was wicked informative and explained more about the system! Again... great group of ppl and wonderful helpful company!

Caron Heating & Cooling has saved us twice in the matter of a couple of months. Over the summer they fixed our AC unit that stopped working in the middle of a heat wave and today they repaired our combi boiler. We were told by another company that it was going to cost us $17k to replace our system but when I called Caron Heating & Cooling they sent Dan out right away. Dan was amazing and was able to fix the issue within a couple of hours. We have hot water again and I couldn't be happier! Outstanding service and most importantly a truly honest company. Thank you to the Caron team!

I've been using Caron for more than 10 years now and they never let me down.
They even trouble shoot control circuits down to the component level so they don’t charge for a complete controller unit.
I used all the larger companies in the past and they all are too big and service is lacking. They send technicians right out of school and they are not trained properly. Caron uses very experienced technicians and it shows, especially for oil burner service.
I don’t do a lot of reviews but feel the need to do this one. I will only hire Caron from now on.

Had a mini-split air conditioner installed yesterday. The installation team (Dave and O.J.) were polite, knowledgeable and friendly.

Installation went quickly and smoothly. Looks great and quickly cooled down the area. They answered all our questions and the areas (both indoors and outside) were left spotless. This was a job well done and I would recommend Caron Heating to anyone needing work done.

Our tankless water heater stopped working. We called Caron and they were able to come out right away. The technician, Dan, was terrific. He looked at the system and immediately knew what was wrong, knew how to fix it, and started making the right calls to get the parts. He was calm and confident through the entire process and made us feel very at-ease about the problem not being catastrophic. He fixed it the next day when the parts came in, and he did it in less time than projected. His experience and expertise was also critical in being able to save us a little money off the original estimate. I wouldn't just strongly recommend using Caron for your heating/cooling/plumbing needs, I would say that you should call them first!
