Josh C. was so professional. He detected the reason for the leak, came back later that week with another technician and fixed the problem quickly! He also remembered that we wore masks at home because I'm on certain medications when he returned. So thoughtful! 10/10.

Very thorough, and able to identify the issue (which a prior plumber had been unable to accomplish). Will now proceed with the actual repair, as this initial experience was what was called a level 1 diagnostic. Will have to see how that goes, and if it resolves the issue.

Great job installing new furnace and water heater. Prices are high. Very difficult getting estimates prior to paying for a technician visit. Recent maintenance on our furnace was incomplete, caused it to malfunction and cost too much to fix. Some technicians are very knowledgable. The use of substandard equipment which has a too short life is problematic, especially when paying top dollar for labor. Wish I could be more positive. Sorry.

I thought Jeb was great , very personable.
Helpful with information etc.
Unfortunately we decided to hold off on getting the work done at this time.(The price did seem high)

Thomas was very thorough in not only investigating, fixing, and testing a minor leak stemming from the air handler and hot water heater, but also in the various checks and steps he performed as part of the scheduled maintenance of the systems. He also clearly explained the benefits of the different annual coverage plans where savings could be had by the customer.

I am interviewing a few contractors for a mini split install. Josh came out for the walk through and estimate. He is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The quote itself, from their system, is a bit vague. No part numbers or sizing information, just a general top down overview of the parts and installation description and a price. As a retired engineer, this is not enough detail for me to sign a contract. You need to tell me what I'm buying, specifically. We'll see what the rest look like.

Team took their time to trouble shoot an error code on my 5 Mitsubishi mini splits. After diagnosing the problem, the system was reset to solve the problem. They also cleaned all air filters and provided me with advise for routine maintenance. Thanks to James and Vincent for their professionalism and care.
