Tony was able to come out on short notice to provide service for our broiler and hot water heater. He and the young man that came with him were professional and kept me informed through the process. Would definitely use them again.

We experienced an unforeseen issue with our central a/c, ironically during one of the hottest days of the summer, our go to vendor could not make it out until late afternoon the next day; fortunately Cool-Rite was able to make it out that afternoon (like within 2 hours of initially reaching out to them), ALL were professionals from beginning to end, and would absolutely recommend their services if needed. Needed to replace tankless water heater. Folks at Cool-Rite Returned my initial call quickly. Analysis done and a plan put in place. Got system replaced and up same day. And done very well.

This is a very well run family operation!
TONY is the owner and has all three of his sons learning the business and working for him. TONY is a master plumber in two states mass and New Hampshire.
He is very responsive knows his business and carries a complete set of tools for every possible problem he may come across.
He never Is caught off guard to look for any tool.
He has everything with him great new vehicles well stocked with inventory on board.
Great to do business with and I never hesitate to give him a referral because I know he won’t disappoint me!

Very prompt and excellent service. I submitted their request for service form at 8pm and the next morning at 8am I had someone calling me to schedule a service visit for the same day. The tech came in, very professional, and fixed everything within a half hour. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

I've called twice in the last few weeks asking for service on an A/C. I was advised by their messaging center that I would get called back and never got one so it was done by another local HVAC company. I then called to ask for an estimate for a new furnace & a/c unit and was advised I was going to get a call from a sales rep. It's been a few days and I never received a call. I attempted to call their company again and was told they can only put in a request for a call back. Their rating does not reflect the experience I had...

This company is fast and efficient. I called them in the morning, was able to accommodate and problem was fixed all in the same day. Ryan was very nice, professional and explain thoroughly throughout the entire process. Will use this company again. Thank you!

I can not say enough positive things about Cool-rite, the company, the owner Tony, the staff, all are incredibly helpful and informative! Derek and David are always prompt and efficient. Explaining each and evey issue as it arises.
I was pleasantly surprised when they came out to service my heat even on a holiday. Cool-rite is family iwned and it shows, treating every customer as if they are dmaily as well. We will definitely be referring them to friends and family!
