I have used Cool-Rite Mechanical for over 5 years to maintain and repair our gas furnace. Recently I had them work on several plumbing related issues. Very pleased with the quality of their work. They return calls quickly. Tony is excellent at diagnosing a problem and quickly resolves it. Very professional! I highly recommend Cool-Rite Mechanical for heating/AC and plumbing.

I called Cool-Rite for an emergency service call yesterday morning as my AC broke on a hot day with 3 dogs at home. They quickly accommodated this and had someone to my door in 30min so I didn’t have to call out of work and stay home! Ryan was very professional and diagnosed the problem quickly and discussed prices before he made any repairs. Highly recommend!

Contacted Cool Rite Mechanical when our heating system stopped working. Spoke with Tony over the phone to setup an appointment. He was very pleasant and easy going to speak with. Also, very informative. Dave and Michael (technicians) came the very next day. Those guys were also pleasant to work with. They came in, diagnosed the issue, gave us the rundown of issues and costs. Very informative. They fixed the issue and also serviced it. Very pleased with the job they’ve done. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone else who needs HVAC done. Great customer service over the phone. As for the technician, he diagnosed the issue with our Chelmsford office heating unit and repaired it within 3 hours. Very professional and knowledgeable. Most important, he did not rush to uptalk to a new unit. Highly recommend!

i just bought my house and needed the Gas heater checked out.CoolRite came out quickly- within a few days. repaired a gas leak and maintenance. the tech was friendly and cleaned up after himself. i will absolutely continue us to use them for my AC and annual maintenance

Our Restaurants heater stopped working at 5pm. We called that night and the techs were there working this morning.
They were both extremely professional and fast.

Tony was so quick to respond to our urgent request for service. He is incredibly efficient and through, and explained all the necessary steps to get the unit back up and running. He and Michael were here first thing Monday morning with a new part in hand, and repaired the unit in no time! If you need a responsive and reliable HVAC company, call these guys! They are amazing and highly recommended by this very, very grateful family! Oh...and they're AWESOME with dogs - our golden retriever has fallen in love with these two!! 😊

The Cool Rite team is wonderful - David has worked with us for years. As first time homeowners we weren’t sure what to do or how often we needed service, but David has helped us over the past 4 years to take care of our heating and AC systems. We are confident that we are in good hands. David has also been very flexible with timing and appts and he has even been great about our large dog being a little extra friendly. We recommend them to everyone we know!

Ryan and David came for a preventative maintenance checkup and discovered that I had a leak under the front cover of the HVAC unit. They checked with the manufacturer and ordered a replacement part which is scheduled to be delivered later in the month at which time Cool Rite will install it. Very reliable company in which they put their clients first. These guys are the best!!!

I was happy to discover this company about 10 years ago. Since then, I have always been very happy with their service and attitude. They really seem to enjoy their work, and you never feel like you're being taken advantage of by them. Work is done quickly, professionally, and I've never had to recall them for a problem with their work. I had them replace my furnace and central air a few years ago, and the system they recommended works like a charm.
