Had Tony come out to my house to get an estimate for a heating and cooling system. He came out and spent 1.5 hours just to waste my time. They NEVER came back with the estimate, nor did they return my phone calls after 3 attempts to get this estimate. Customer service is obviously not in there vocabulary. It's too bad cuz I probably would have went with them. So beware...they need to understand the value of a customer.

These guys returned my call promptly and showed up when they said they would. Had all the parts that was needed to make a quick repair. In and out in a couple of hours and our home was nice and toasty again. Would definitely recommend them and will surely keep them on my favorites. Keep up the good work.

My heating system stopped working on a Friday after thanksgiving day. I called Tony and he was here in less than thirty minutes. He was able to get the heating system up and running in no time. Cool rite is a great company!

They said they were in the area and would stop by within 30 minutes. After reviewing the situation they provided me an estimate on the spot and made the repair the same day.
