Chris was very thorough and updated me throughout the appointment. He came on time and was very nice.

Enzo is very professional and has a huge amount of knowledge on what he does.
He knew right away what was wrong with my heating system, on which other professional techs have failed on fixing it until Enzo took over. Looking forward to working with Enzo again in the future.

I had Gervais install a mini-split cooling/ heating system. I cannot speak highly enough about their technicians. They arrived 20 minutes early and worked straight through to get the job done. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and an utter pleasure as people. You could really tell that they wanted you to have a good experience and they explained thoroughly to let me know how my system would operate. And by the way, their office staff also worked to keep me informed. The man who came to give me the quote was honest about what they could do. First to last, I think Gervais is an excellent organization.

New home owner here....I'm learning as I go along including learning about boilers maintenance etc. When I spoke to Lisa I explained this to her and she said "I am going to send Chris, he patient and will teach/talk to you". Well Lisa was right!! Chris was awesome he explained everything to me and answered some of nuances questions lol. I didn't want him to leave!!!! Lol. Nowadays it's hard to find someone who still has knowledge about their craft/skills and patience with their customers. I appreciated his service. I would recommend Chris again and again and again. So thank you Lisa for fitting him to me and thank you Chris for your Professionalism Patience Work ethic and Compassion. Blessings..

I contacted Gervais to install a furnace that I had purchased previously. Many company’s didn’t want to install. They said give me information on furnace and gave me a quote. Within a week I had it installed. Claudio and the others were very professional. Did an excellent job and made sure to clean up afterwards. Great service, I will be using for future needs.

From the first phone call - answered by Lisa, I was impressed because someone actually answered the phone! It wasn't automated! She was helpful and fun and professional. Patrick serviced (cleaned) our dryer vent - was punctual, pleasant, knowledgeable, (and cleaned up too) to say the least. Will definitely recommend to others, and use again myself. So nice to find a customer-service-based local company!

Set up an appointment on Friday 8/12 for my water heater to be replaced as it had failed the night before. Ben showed up within the service window and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He did a great quick and professional job. Would definitely use them again!

Cleaning kitchen vent duct. Ray was courteous and polite. He put on booties every time he came in and cleaned the cook top after he was done.
