Gervais has been a great contractor for us. We have used them to install mintisplits and are great quality, quick timing, and affordable. Even help fixing up our breaker panel and wifi controls.

Enzo was great. He was professional yet friendly. He let us know what he found, what he did to fix it and what maintenance was done. He also let us know about an issue with the room itself that he saw so we could take care of the situation. Given the boiler room isn't a high traffic area, we are very appreciative of what he did.

I called on a weekend with an emergency for an elderly couple and they were the ONLY company that would come, diagnose & fix an issue so United Drain could get the only toilet working!
The tech John & all the ladies in the office were so helpful. I can't say enough great things about them!!!

I called and they came the same day. Very polite and knowledgeable. I had them in stall a Google nest thermostat that is controlled by voice or phone and he finished in 1 hour. My heating system is older and he connected some new wires to deliver constant power to the thermostat. Very pleased with their service.

Got an appointment quickly, technician arrived on time, seems like he did a good job of diagnosing and repairing my heating system, and he nicely answered all my questions and addressed my concerns
