I searched for a provider to install a replacement gas furnace, received several quotes. I really did my due-diligence, looking closely at the products, pricing, warranty and the all-important customer reviews. We grew wary of firms trying to up-sell, offering to do much more than what was needed. One even sat at my dining table insisting that we commit immediately in order to get a $3000 price reduction.

Gervais stood out as providing outstanding quality and value, quoted exactly what I asked for and wasn't pushy or deceitful. I gave them the go-ahead, and we are not disappointed! The workmanship is excellent, the product they provided is well suited to our home, and they were extremely responsive when a minor (but important) problem arose -- a condensate hose had become disconnected.

This is a well run firm, one that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Nick, Nilson, Devin were awesome to work with! Great personalities on all the install team. UPDATE: After further investigation into the workmanship shown by the install team, they cut corners on installing the AC unit / condenser pump and pipe. Water was dripping out of control into the drip pan, and leaked into my insulation in my attic causing a 6ft water to appear on my bedroom ceiling due to improper installation. They left the hole in my drip pan un-touched with the zip tie to the nozzle still attached for water to free flow. Multiple screws and garbage were left upstairs in the attic. Please check work before they leave after they say everything is all set to go. Disappointed to say the least after spending that kind of money. Claudio came out a couple weeks later and was very professional and knowledgeable about everything and we thank him very much!

Yep saw the five star reviews called these guys after another place told us they wouldn’t come to service our AC for 3 weeks GTFO! Called Gervais and they here by late afternoon the same day!! - forgot the gentleman’s name but he was prompt and professional. Definitely use these guys again.

Prompt, and reasonable considering i had an after hours emergency. Heather on the phone, was fantastic and helpful, i was really panicking! She was able to get the tech out that night. Chris was prompt, took care of the repair quickly, and additionally advised me how best to take care of the impacted surrounding area (ceiling) to avoid problems there in the future. Highly recommend Gervais!!! i will definitely them again for other service i need done.. thank you Heather and Chris,!!

I had an issue with my oil furnace not firing and was able to get Ben from Gervais out to my house the same day. Ben was amazing in every aspect - professional, personable, helpful, thorough and did a great job cleaning and tuning up my system. It was a little pricey, but overall I'd definitely recommend this business and absolutely applaud Ben and his work.

Best service ever, not expensive and Chris was EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE. Will definitely Continue to do business with them, I have other repairs and future projects. This is the ONLY company I will call on for my plumbing and heating repair services. Don't go anywhere else.

We worked with Gervais Mechanical Services to install a mini-split system to augment our central heating system. The pricing was reasonable and they booked us much faster than we anticipated. The crew that came out, led by Shavel M., was friendly, courteous and conscientious about cleaning up when they finished. We ran into a few issues during the project, quickly addressed by Leroy, the QA Manager. He not only listened to our questions and concerns, he put our minds at ease, reiterating that the only thing that mattered was our satisfaction with the project. He worked with the crew to adjust the original plan to make sure the system not only functioned properly, but also worked with the aesthetics of the house. Everyone was great about adjusting as needed to make sure we were happy. I also want to call out the electricians on the job...they walked through options with us, along with pros and cons of each, and again, made sure we were happy with the final results.

Roy was extremely helpful and installed precautionary security measures on my heating system that he pointed out while I’m still in warranty. Spent a lot of time diagnosing issues to find the root cause of the problem instead of just throwing parts in and hoping it fixes it. Definitely will be using Gervais in the future as I trust them more than other local places.

We had John B . Service our AC unit(s) . He was professional/ knowledgeable/ and courteous. He fixed the AC unit in a very timely manner but more importantly, he was very hospitable as we shared a few stories about our dogs !

This is a review about my recent Heat Pumps installation. After calling and explaining what I was planning; Anthony S stopped by to look at the job. What I initially wanted to do was changed after talking with Anthony. He also recognized what others hadn’t that in the master bedroom another supply was need and an old supply sifted to a return. He was also very helpful with thermostat placement which is more important than I thought.
Kosta and Vincent were the main installers. They showed up on time and everything went smooth and seamlessly. They adjusted their schedule with the weather conditions so no time was wasted. Any small changes that they saw that needed to be made that were not originally quoted were discussed agreed to and they moved ahead. Installing the new supply Kosta incredibly hit on his test hole the first try so no extra whole needed patching. They have great teamwork and communication with me and between their co workers. Claudio showed up in a support role and brought an incredible energy and positive energy from start to finish. He really did a great job.
I would like to mention 2 other people. One is Steve who picked up the old equipment; he was awesome. Very nice and patient person because one old condenser was in a barn and took some time to get it to the truck.

Finally, I few words about Marcy M who helped me some rebates. Simply put. It’s nice to deal with a person who is really good at their job and knows the answers to every question. The best thing is that she got results so quickly it was amazing seeing I was dealing with similar entices on a separate matter that took months.
