Ben was great. Still waiting on proposal to fix my furnace. He came in on Saturday and wrote down what was needed to fix it.

Gervais mechanical replaced my furnace and condenser a few years ago via Sears. At that time and since, they have been 100% helpful and proactive on fixing issues or scheduling maintenance. Every technician who has been in my home has been exceptionally professional and willing to explain all the steps along the way. The folks over the phone are also incredibly help. Really a well run business that I am happy to recommend and use for the foreseeable future.

Gervais is everything you want and more. They came quickly to provide an estimate on replacing my furnace which I thought was a fair and good price. Once I accepted install date was promptly scheduled and the work was done over two days. Everyone I dealt with was fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable. Nick my technician was great, friendly, and gave my thorough walk thru of my new system. I highly recommend Gervais.

Had a mini-split not working. Called on a Monday afternoon and everything was fixed within 24 hours. Technician was prompt, thorough and explained everything.

Lomine, Adam and Neilson were efficient, inobtrusive as possible, and professional. They were friendly, cleaned up thoroughly, and did excellent work.

It is very clear that Chris is very experienced and knows his stuff. He diagnosed the issue with the furnace pretty much instantly. New water heater installation also went very well.

Very bad customer service. No working texting ability along with wifi down when trying to get problem resolved...
