Trerrible unfriendly service visit from Enzo. Oil furnace is not working now and he took the time to explain the cold return to me hahaha and gave super helpful advice. Gervais will not be taking care of my systems in my forever home from now on! Thanks Enzo!
Unfortunately I have to change my review to zero stars as the system broke 3 days later that had always worked before Enzo showed up. They sent someone who worked 2 hours redoing Enzo's job but he was unable to relight, so they left me in the cold for 3 days. Monday morning a different company came and restarted the burner in 10 minutes. Gervais has sent me a $1000.00 quote to come back and fix it. All this because I was asking why one duct felt cold....

Enzo and his associate were delightful. Super professional, very respectful of the workplace, moved what they needed and not only did they put everything back but they cleaned and sanitized everything. The company was very prompt at setting the appointment. All AC units are working great and we are very pleased with the work done.

Today, it was 3 degrees outside and it was 68 degrees inside when I started my day. After back to back meetings from 7am to 3pm, I realized how cold I was and that, yes, somehow the heat had stopped. By then it was 54 degrees in the house.

I have steam radiators in every room and a Dunkirk Steam Boiler. I checked the water level on the boiler to see if the low level cutoff was triggered. I went to the fuse box and turned power off and on to the boiler. I checked my thermostat and it had power. I checked YouTube videos. I couldn't figure out why the boiler wasn't sending steam throughout the house.

When I called Gervais, who I have used on a regular basis for a few years now, they reluctantly told me they couldn't send anyone out right away - freezing cold temps with lots of other calls coming in, short-staffed maybe because of COVID - who knows? They said to call back after 4:15 when Austin, a technician, would be manning the phones and maybe he could help troubleshoot.

I did just that and within 5 minutes over Facetime, Austin determined I had a loose connection with my thermostat. As soon as I tightened the wires, BOOM, ignition and steam was circulating once again.

Gervais customer service and technical expertise is superb! I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend them.

Chris from Gervais replaced our leaking shower valve and corroded drain opening in our main shower. Everything is working great now! Would highly recommend. Thank you!

Ice machine repair. Enzo H. was awesome. Very professional and explained everything he did in terms we could understand. Highly recommend!

Called for AC repair. They were able to get someone out here right away. Chris was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He diagnosed the problem and was able to get me up and running in under 2 hours. Reasonably priced as well. Would highly recommend.

When your hot water heater dies you want a company with quick, response and knowledgeable people. Gervais delivered for me! They sent out a representative (Frank) the same day to repair my heater. Unfortunately the unit needed to be replaced. That was immediately scheduled and installed in a timely manner. All the people that I had interaction with were professional and helpful.
Gene the installation expert was fantastic. He immediately came up with a solution to a potential code violation and performed the install along with his apprentice. I was impressed with his mentoring abilities and instructional techniques at one time saying " attention to detail is important" to his partner. That is the type of person I want to work at my house! Thanks to all for a job well done.

We needed help installing a new thermostat. They were able to come out in short notice, and the electrician Nilson was extremely helpful and professional, and had us up running very quickly.
