Our water tank was leaking and we called Gervais and they scheduled an appointment for the next morning. Matt diagnosed the issue and we were able to schedule an appointment to have our tank replaced. Ben and Sonny replaced the tank and answered questions I had. From our initial phone call on Tuesday to the completion of the job Friday morning everyone was very friendly and helpful. The technicians arrived on time and did a great job. I highly recommend them for any of the services they provide. Thank you!

Chris C fixed a problem with our furnace. He identified the problem very quickly and explained it to me in an easy to understand way. He also extremely knowledgeable and answered a lot of questions I had, as well as provided advice to help avoid future issues. Highly recommend!

Arrived 2 hours after call. Came soon as they could which was great cause I have small kids and it was 53 in the house on a winter night. Help arrived ! Repaired the thermostat in 20 min! We are nice and warm now! Terrific service !

The technician was outstanding. Patrick was polite and respectful. As he was doing his service on the furnace he explained everything step but step. Patrick was very professional. Cleaned up after himself. Very knowledgeable.
Once he was finished he did not leave until he did a complete start up and system check.
I would definitely recommend Gervais without hesitation. I will definitely requestPatrick for all future service calls.

Our appointment was rescheduled a couple times but the third time was the charm! Enzo, our technician was fantastic!! Very personable and professional! We would highly recommend him, his work and the Gervais company!

I called in for a estimate only , was told it would be 100$ dispatch fee for coming out to look at my garage disposal wich is 10 years old & need of replacement , I couldn’t be any more clear on the phone that it was for only a estimate , the guy shows up & im at work but my wife was home , he goes & fixes it but says it needs to be replaced , again we were looking for a estimate only because we nknew it needed to be replaced , so was charged 350$ for a repaire that was not to be done because we wanted a new one installed , after seeing I was charged 350$ & not the 100$ dispatch fee for the estimate I called in to ask what happened , I was told I’d get a call back in a day or two , & it’s now going on two weeks !! They showed me they can’t be trusted & I plan on reporting this to the better business bureau !! This is blatantly taking money that was not authorized !!!

Got my boiler serviced and Chris was amazing. The guy knew what he was talking about and wasn’t pushy. Very nice. Even my dog liked him
