Horrible customer service and they overcharge you the receptionist is the worst person I know for the last 10 years when I call them I need to check on my system she was super rude she said that I have to pay minimum off two hours even if I need five minute service
when the technician came to the location he didn’t have the right tools he called the office to make sure they have the tools so he can go back to bring it
she didn’t let him and she told him she needs only to check up on the system she’s all set
he was there for three minutes at my place and now I have to pay for more than $200 for three minutes service
horrible experience horrible customer service don’t even bother to call them
