Martel HVAC

Not happy at all with this company. Very, very disappointed. Did a complete HVAC install (2 1/2 years ago or so) and more incl. plumbing in the past. All was fine.
But when things began to fail on the system, they didn't stand by us. Customer service - is a foreign concept. We won't use them again.

The pipe in the garage burst and Martel came very fast and fix it so the water going outside instead in the garage. Ew elbow and a pipe replacement.

I am not in the habit of writing online reviews, but these technicians were outstanding! Highly professional, knowledgeable & courteous - strongly recommend!

Job well done. Nicholas alerted us to proper equipment and settings. We are ready for A/C season.

Called them several times, and after they finally understood that wanted to made an appointment to talk about our HVAC options (we wanted to order many units), we waited all afternoon, but they didn't show up. While waiting, I even sent some text messages to help them find my place, but got no response to that either. Afterwards, not even an apology for spoiling my entire afternoon. On the bright side, better to know that they are unreliable *before* doing business with them.

Another hvac company another scammer , honesty is hard to come by these days . Anyhow my son in law heard of this company because they serviced his workplace for the last 5 years he has been at the company so he figured they were trustworthy boy was he wrong . A Technician named nick Roy came out to the house for a leaking furnace and told him the system needed to be replaced because of the type of refrigerant in the system and it couldn’t be fixed . He then told him that his company was booked up and that when this happens the owner lets them do the jobs on the weekends wich is a a red flag right there . He then gave him a price and told him that it was a much better price then Martel could ever give anyone . He told nick he would think about it and give him a call . I advised him to get a second opinion and turns out all it was , was a dirty filter , unit has been running fine ever since , complete scam artists

Anthony from Martel made every effort to get to my father's house asap, as his Central Air unit had stopped working and I was very concerned about his health because he's 91 and doesn't tolerate the heat/humidity at all. Anthony made an adjustment that allowed the AC unit to function until it gets replaced this month. The unit is over 20 years old and has definitely seen better days. Each and every time Martel has come out to service my father's heating system, they've done exceptional work. The best part is that everyone I've spoken to at Martel has been kind, personable and efficient in trying to help. I highly recommend Martel HVAC for your home's needs.

Worst experience with an HVAC company ever. They appear willing and will promise the moon in order to get your business, then it's all lies and excuses from there on. They installed the wrong equipment then had to replace it, damaged our house and forced us to have extensive remodeling done to hide their mistakes. We were switching out old units for new units, and because they couldn't read a tape, all dimensions were wrong. Originally purchased new Mitsubishi equipment, but they ended up using knock-offs instead and tried to charge the same price. Now they won't guarantee warranties or service their own work. They are not backed or accredited by the BBB. Look up their services and complaints online.

After replacing the attic Hvac system we began getting leaks. It caused horrendous water damage to my daughters room. Half the ceiling and a wall had to be ripped out due to their mistake. Their manager came and confirmed it was installed improperly. After the fixed it, it happened two more times and the owner basically didn’t care and quit returning our calls. The worst service and incompetent work we have experienced regarding any vender for our home.

After the 3rd time we hired a different hvac company on our dime to repair the water leak. The company said they have had to repair incompetent work for many customers that had work done by Martel HVAC. They said they are known to have the worst reputation of any HVAC around.

I would not recommend this company, poor work and the owner just doesn’t care. He literally refused to call us back. Just had his team let us know he wouldn’t call us back regarding the issue.

I have used Martel several times to replace shower heads, faucets, leaking pipes and clean heater. Their technicians are knowledgeable. friendly, and professional. The services they provide are extremely reasonable, timely and professional. I have recommended them several times to friends and neighbors who thanked me, as they found the same..
