Mom used because of her Pivitol warranty. They had to come back 3 times because she has an old boiler. They finally got it right with no excess charge AND they couldn't have been nicer or more responsive. They have my stamp of endorsement!

Anthony and Jose were awesome! They quickly figured out what the problem was and installed a brand new indirect water heater. As a new homeowner, they explained everything to me and made sure my questions were answered. Would definitely recommend Martel HVAC!

I had Martel out because my central air is blowing basically room temp air. I understand it has been extremely hot but it’s no different than last year. So the guy says my unit is in a hard to test spot (it’s on the front of the house next to another unit that is in the corner, mine is on the end) and all everything test good. So I guess I paid 159.00 for the 10 min check and still have room temp air! I came home from work and it is 86 degrees in the house! Do not call this company! I now have to find a reputable company to re check my unit.

We called them as we thought our pilot light went out of our 5+ Year old Furnance. Was told a board was the issue and if couldn’t get it we would need to replace Furnance.
Called a second company as it didn’t feel right.
they were able to fix with a small in expensive part and we have heat.

Our central ac failed a few days ago and we had our neighbor, who owns his own HVAC company, come take a look. The compressor basically fried and scorched the inside of the panel on the unit. The last time we had work completed was by Martel 4 years ago when they repaired the compressor and a valve. When they(Martel) replaced the freon?, they put in and billed for 12lbs. My unit only holds 8lbs, 9lbs tops if you include the run to the air handler. This caused the compressor they replaced to put a 50% higher load on the new compressor until it failed last week. That means it also cost us 50% more to run on top of over charging us $300-$400 dollars and now the cost to replace the entire unit because of the damage done running at 50% higher than operating standards.

Ian and Hunter diagnosed our problem. We had no heat, they came back with the proper parts and fixed it today. They were very professional, and couldn't be more curtious. In the future we are going to ask Martel to send them, when and if we have a problem

This company installed both gas boiler and AC system for us. We are more than satisfied. Everyone came to our house is friendly and professional. The work is decent. Highly recommended.

The prices they charge for there work is absolutely ludicrous
