I had the most incredible experience while working with Steven of SuperTech. He was able to identify an AC AND electrical issue regarding my commercial gym that is soon to open. I was nervous the day the AC went out and SuperTech was able to come out, diagnose, and fix the problem all in the SAME day. I now have beckme a member after such great service.

From the minute I called Cassidy to arrange an HVAC inspection until Kenny our Tech Manage arrived we became most impressed with the efficiency, professionalism, knowledge of Super Tech. Its extremely rare that I take the time to write reviews about anything. In this case I felt this would help anyone who will be making a significant purchase. I found SuperTech to an honest, professional, and hard working HVAC contractor who does excellent work. I had talked to three other contractors before I met with Steven from SuperTech. Steven, by far, took his time to explain the details and things to consider when replacing a heating and AC system. His prices were extremely competitive. The other contractors provided estimates on bottom of the line off brand systems. Steven provided an estimate on a reputable brand system. I did my research and knew that the system he recommended was a quality system. It was an easy decision for me to go with SuperTech. They installed a new outdoor AC unit, furnace, and whole house humidifier. They went above and beyond to do the job and do it right. Due to the layout of my ductwork and the lack of space in my utility room, they had to go back to their shop, fabricate a duct extension, then come back and install the humidifier. Unexpected additional work that they cheerfully and professionally did just like the rest of the job. I highly recommend SuperTech to anyone thinking about purchasing a HVAC system.

I have used this company twice now and both times the owner operator was punctual, polite and explained everything he was doing before doing any work. I also find his rates to be very affordable. We didn't have heat in our house for ore than a week while we tried to fix the problem ourselves. As expected we needed a professional and although another company offered to visit our home on a Sunday we rather wait until Monday because we trust this company and have had two great experiences with them. I would highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs. We wont use anyone else! We keep his magnet with his information on it right on the refrigerator so we can call whenever we need him! Thank you again!

Steve arrived on time. He was very neat, professional and knowledgeable. Steve took the time to explain each step during the repair and took before and after photos. I definitely recommend this company! Thanks for sending Steve!

Kenny called ahead and gave us a heads up he was on his way. Arrived on time - very friendly, professional, knowledgable and was able to help us get our ductless unit back up and running quickly. He diagnosed the system thoroughly and presented all the options available to us with ballpark pricing, along with his honest recommendation based on the situation. In the end, we chose a simpler, more cost-effective "band aid" solution to get us by, and never felt any pressure to go the more (expensive) permanent route. We appreciate the honesty and the time spent to really educate us on the situation at hand. Very good experience and will definitely use again. Highly recommend!
