I scheduled a checkup of my heating system after receiving an email from Nest that informed me that it may not be operating as expected. My technician, Charlie, showed up and quickly diagnosed the issue and came up with a solution that he was able to engineer on the spot. He was originally scheduled to just do a quick checkup, but ended up offering to stay until late in the evening to fix a drainage issue and ensure everything was working before he left. He was incredibly helpful and professional throughout and his help is extremely appreciated.

Our furnace just went cold. SuperTech were able to send a guy out within a few hours - so pretty outstanding in that regard. However, their pricing to replace minor parts before they could even diagnose the issue (over $700 estimate for two small parts) made me put a hard stop on the proceedings. Had another HVAC professional confirm those prices were ridiculous. This would have been on top of an initial $99 diagnosis fee to have a tech show up. Guy was professional enough, but won’t be contacting this place again.

Steven Zhang showed up early, was very professional, explained the issues to me with my heating and fixed the problems he said he was going to fix. Totally recommend him.

I have worked with many HVAC companies in the past 15 years. SuperTech is the best of them. The owner, Steve, is the most knowledgeable person I have ever met. We have a complicated cool system in the attic. He can immediately found problems and fix them. The company responded my call quickly, they came in my house in the evening to accommodate my busy working schedule. They also did a super job for the maintenance service of my another AC unit. Technician Charlie did a thorough cleaning and explained me everything. I will recommend this company to anyone needs HVAC services.

Terran was very professional, courteous, helpful. He explained the service in advance. Plus, took time at the end to make sure I understood the bill and to enroll in a Membership àgreement.

During the evaluation visit, Steve and Nikolay gave us good advice and multiple options to solve our AC/furnace problems. After we decided to go for the new installation, response was quick and within couple of days installation was done. Total cost was reasonable with a finance option. Quality equipment. Technicians were professional and very courteous. Overall, great service and would highly recommend.

SuperTech did what three other local HVAC companies weren't willing to do: properly diagnose my issue and find a solution. Other companies just wanted to replace my system without even trying to repair it. SuperTech took the time to figure out why my system wasn't cooling properly and fixed it! And with their strong service warranty, I am sleeping great at night knowing they are in my corner. Super professional, respectful, fair, and honest. Highly recommended.

I was having an issue with humidity and my unit being only 2 years old was struggling to keep up. Steven came out and almost immediately was able to tell me what the potential issues were. He is extremely professional and highly knowledgeable on every aspect of how the unit works. He repaired the issues that he recommended. I feel a difference immediately and I am extremely happy with the customer service. I would give him 1000 stars if I could. One happy camper!!!!
