SuperTech HVAC Services was the company I used to diagnose the problem I was having with my home's HVAC system. I ended up going with a new product full installation. Since I have had scheduled maintenance as well. They have all been extremely knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions to get the most out of my units. The entire staff from the office working with Cassidy and the install/service crew have all been very professional. I would highly recommend the company for all of your heating and air conditioning needs.

Buyer beware. I went behind these guys twice at my neighbor’s house, same technician. I believe the first time was just a genuine mistake. The second time wasn’t. They looked at a 5 year old condensing furnace. They accurately diagnosed the pressure switch opening up on it, but wrote up the induced draft fan motor as being defective. Said there was a 4 week lead time for the part and had my neighbor on the hook for a new furnace. The problem was the condensate line was backed up. Always get a second opinion.

So for some reason my original Google review could not be seen by others, funny. So I will repost again. I hope other minority clients don't get this treatment and experience. If I can give a zero star I would. I requested for someone to come out to my home in Baltimore to check out my HVAC and ductwork situation. I was not receiving enough air pressure on the top level of my house. During the consultation, they assured me they would resolve the issue. A couple days later the workers came to begin working by adding a return on the lower level and installed spines to help redirect air. No test was performed. Instead, the worker put his kneecaps to the supply and said "oh I feel air". I'm sorry but if that's how you do business, I'm sorry for anyone that signs with you. Without proper testing methods, how exactly would you know airflow improved. Please really think about that because it sure isn't the kneecaps.

Not once did anyone test anything to prove this was going to be the best solution. Ultimately it FAILED and then they had the NERVE to ask for full payment afterwards. We requested for them to return with a solution. Their solution was to redo the entire ductwork, so I sought outside consultants and had to tell them how to move forward and do the job. Their team returned to the house with a terrible attitude and here were the results:
-The supply on the second level only increased from 1.9 m/s to 2.1 m/s (yes we have it written down and saved)
-The "problem room" only increased by 0.2 m/s (yes we have it written down and saved)

Lastly, since this was mentioned to the supervisor, your workers continued to waste time by joking around and making inappropriate comments making it seem like they were "working" the entire day. A customer should never have to deal with that and does not make me trust your workers or your service. I wrote this review because of the inappropriate attitude of your workers. As I told the supervisor, "it is what it is", but the attitude is unacceptable towards clients. Please do NOT waste your hard earned money on a company that actually does not test, does not provide quality solutions, and will over charge for simple work. Very disappointed in their service, and I will spread the word they no one should seek for their service.

updates: Mrs Hong contacted me after she knows everything about my story. She is very patience and sent another guy to my house to recheck everything, finally they found the issue and i am waiting for to do the final service. i will update it in the future after every thing is done, so far so good. thanks Hong!

Amazing fast service!! Well done and I’m 100% satisfied. Steven is an amazing HVAC tech repairman. My AC was not working and he was able to come same day, gave me a great immediate service and price. I appreciate the time he took to explain and go above and beyond checking my system. When it is a time to replace my system, I already know where I will be going. Kenny, repair tech, was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, on time and was able to answer all of the questions I had so that I understood what was happening with my system. Though fire place was not specifically listed, I consider the fire place as a heating system and he did perform the services I selected on my fire place. He was neat and cleaned everything up. Because of this tech. I highly recommend SuperTech HVAC Services.

Got our system serviced as part of the monthly subscription. Terran did a great job cleaning, communicating, and recommending a surge protector - though $300 seems suspiciously expensive to install a $75 part.
