Steven was great. I had another company come out prior and they weren't able to diagnose with 2 techs what Steven did by himself. He was on time, thorough with his explanation of the cause and the solution. I HIGHLY recommend him and SuperTech HVAC Services.

We highly recommend SuperTech's service. We reached out to SuperTech through Handy.com when we discovered some issues with our old HVAC system. The repair technician came to our house the next morning and quickly fixed the issue. After discussing with the technician, we became interested in replacing the entire HVAC system given that our system was 20+ years old. SuperTech sent a sales person the next morning who was very honest, patient, and thorough. After agreeing to install a new system through them, they even reimbursed us the repair cost from the day before, and gave us additional discount for not having to choose installment payments. They also had no issues at all that we use credit cards to pay for the cost. The installation team came to us within a few days and got the work done by the end of the day as they promised (even though they had to bring a new machine half way through the day, they stayed until 9 pm to get the work done so that we could have heat back on that night). After installation, we reported some noise issue from the new machine, and they responded quickly and returned to our home within 2 days to fix the issue. Overall, we are very satisfied with their service and the communication!

If you need any service regarding your HVAC system, save yourself time and frustration and just go with this company. They are punctual, honest, and they know what they're doing. I used them to install a new heat pump, and I also used them to repair electrical connection for a different HVAC unit that another contractor messed up. I am glad I found this business and I will be a customer for life.

Under the techs advoc we were able to have a surge protector and system booster installed to further the quality of our HVAC system. He communicated clearly about the protection of the surge protector and the booster. He gave us 5⭐ service and was very professional and efficient!

Super Tech has done work on both of our units for AC and for Heating. They have been prompt, super professional & extremely helpful. We were very please with their work.

Our service tech Josh was fast, communicative, and professional. He performed a quick diagnostic on our dual phase units, fixed the problem, and fixed the problem that caused the problem, by adding a start assist to decrease the power needed to start the compressor, and avoid tripping the circuit breaker. He offered some other improvements with no pressure, and I declined. He was in and out in 45 minutes.
