Tech came out for annual inspection of my ac. I was told the capitator was bad. I asked how much tech told me 260.00. Sounded to high so I decided not to do it. I went to grainger and got the part for $5. Replaced it myself in 10 minutes. Tech also suggested many other things adding up to thousands of dollars. I don't think this is a trustworthy company. Go somewhere else.

Terran was excellent, very professional and knowledgeable. He was thorough and explained everything in detail for me to understand. He also provided honest recommendations and wasn’t out to get me to spend an enormous amount of money on services not needed. Definitely would request him to be my technician in the future!

SuperTech was easy to work with and schedule. Their technician arrived on time as expected, was professional, and performed a thorough system check.

Terran was very polite, respectful, and professional. He explained things clearly and completed all work ordered. He did forget to turn the power back on to the newly installed emergency shut off, but called back to let me know to turn it back on. This shows that he does care, so I appreciate that. I've had work done with SuperTech several times in the past and they have been good each time.

Mr. Zhang and Mr. Rust are outstanding, extraordinarily professional and yet patient. They ensure you have an operational HVAC system, no matter what it takes. I was impressed with the integrity of the staff - they want to leave you with a working HVAC system and are not just looking to collect a payment.

Great customer service, I have been using this company for six years, and my worst experience was one missed appointment during that time, so far.

I had SuperTech replace my Heating, AC and Hot water heater. From start to finish, everyone that handled my project was phenomenal!! From the sales person, Nikolay to the installers, Dan, Gary and Edward, it was one of the best home projects I've ever had done. Dan had such attention to detail and really went the extra step to make sure everything was completed and working properly. The three installers were very respectful of my home and kept me informed of when they would arrive. They stuck exactly to the schedule that was originally told to me by Gary on the site visit before installation started. I would highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs!!! Incredible experience!

Our service technician called ahead and gave me 45 minutes notice prior to his arrival. He was very polite and friendly, and incredibly efficient in his work. He gave me an estimate within 10 minutes after analyzing our system, and his service recommendations got us up and running in about 45 minutes! Can't give the tech enough credit. I believe his name was Josh. Awesome experience, totally cooler and happy!

The technician was very polite and answered all my questions. He worked quickly and explained everything to me prior to working as well as when he had completed the job. The company was able to reschedule my appointment to an earlier date and time which was very much appreciated.

They did a great job troubleshooting my propane fire place. Josh worked through a few issues the system had and the pilot light is now staying on and the system is producing heat again.
