Josh was very efficient, analyzing the problem quickly and accurately. He replaced wornout parts, installed a booster and thoroughly cleaned the unit. I had cool air again in less than an hour.

Set up an appointment online on Thursday, and Steven was here on Saturday to get us squared away. We need to start a maintenance service plan, but also had an existing leak. They were able to repair the leak AND still gave us a discount of the repairs even though the issues existed before we joined. Further, they did it the same day, which I had not been expecting! Steven was thorough in explaining how our system worked and what fixes he recommended. He didn't push anything on us, but did leave us with a list of options to consider as we have the funds to do upgrades. I also feel like I have a better understanding of how the heating and air in my house works (or why it doesn't in some cases!). Steven was extremely friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I will recommend them to everyone I know, and I feel much more comfortable now, knowing they are a call away if I have any more problems!

Charlie was a great representative for the company. My HVAC systems were not working properly and there seemed to be multiple problems. He explained what he was going to check and how we would work to identify problems. All along the way he made sure I understood what the issues were and what needed to be done. By the end, we had identified the culprits: a bad thermostat, faulty control board, and a kaput compressor. Charlie walked me through the options and answered all my questions. He was very professional, courteous, and friendly throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend Charlie and Super Tech.

I’ve had SuperTech for the past three years, and they are fabulous. My air conditioning pump broke today, I called, and they came out within an hour and a half. Steven addressed the problem and fixed it within an hour. Absolutely worth having the monthly maintenance plan.

When my heating unit decided to quit I relied on the previous company my husband used. Wow-what an eye-opening experience. I was unhappy with their service and chose to take my business elsewhere. Steven came in an did an extensive search and cleaning of my unit to find the root cause of the problem. I didn't think I could love an HVAC company, but this place is great. We used them to fix the AC in our house. We were so impressed, when a rental property we have had an issue, we immediately contacted SuperTech.

They really communicate well. Cassidy at their office is so on top of things, she is always very pleasant, and knows exactly what is going on. Both techs I worked with were great. They both made sure that I knew exactly what was going on and followed up with photos. Of course they recommended some extras, but they all made sense. They were not just throwing out recommendations without reason, and they were low pressure. Service has been super prompt and repairs same day.

First of all, the office staff was very friendly and helpful, finding a way to fit me into a packed schedule last minute and communicating frequently. Steven the technician was very nice, really thorough explaining every step of the process and very professional. He fixed our issue and explained everything he did, showing pictures and going through his work step by step. As a whole a really nice first time experience and I look forward to using them for my business again.

Issue: Poor Return Flow/System Design
Steven was the Technician that responded to our service request. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. Our AC unit was working fine and I really needed to have a discussion about ventilation system design. Steven walked through our home and we discussed issues with our current system design and how he was able to discuss possible solutions and the design reason behind those recommendations.
Not all AC Professionals can do that. In fact this was the third HVAC company that was out this week and Steven was the only one that was able to have a discussion about HVAC system design on the spot. I am still waiting on responses to my questions from the other companies. Also SuperTech was a flat $99 (for the initial diagnosis) where the others are hourly and I am still waiting on the bill that I am sure will come with their recommendations.
