Charlie was extremely knowledgeably on HVAC system operation. His diagnostic procedure was thorough and actions taken showed immediate improvement. Showed professionalism and worked extra to clean out the coils of my HVAC unit. I would recommend SuperTech services to others looking for help.

We lost our home AC on thursday, called Supertech on friday and we got scheduled on monday. But we were so thankful when they said they can come the NEXT DAY, Saturday which is 2 days early. As you all know, a day without AC in summer is hell. As always, Mr Steven delivered the goods and fixed the problem right away. You guys have saved our HVAC system 2x already and we can't thank you enough for saving us a lot of money (by not replacing our system as recommended by other companies). You will not find a company these days that will treat you like a family. We are SUPERTECH for life!

I can’t say enough about them the Tech Steven Zi was simply great and very professional and cared about my house he was so pleasant and fixed it fast my AC runs better than it ever has and the price was great! he beat prices from 4 other places. I would absolutely recommend Supertech.

My ac unit broke on a Friday. I called several places claiming 24/7 service on Saturday but only got machines that told me to hold for indefinite periods it seemed. I get that it's COVID times but this really annoyed me. I ended up resigning to calling someone on Monday. I found Supertech online on Monday and submitted a service request using their website. They called me back in about 30mins to confirm the appt for the next day, Tuesday. Then they called back after another 30mins or so to say someone had cancelled and they could fit me in today (Monday) at a 2pm-6pm timeframe. The tech called that he was ready to come over around 12:30pm which I guess some might view as inconvenient if they weren't expecting them til later but I thought it was great. The tech immediately diagnosed the issue, went to Home Depot to get the part he needed, and repaired it quickly. He even did a quick check on the furnace inside the house.

The tech was knowledgeable, friendly. I definitely appreciate a person who can answer absolutely and not in uhs, maybes, might bes, etc.

During an early heatwave our HVAC died. SuperTech was out to the house 3 hours after I spoke with them, fixed it in under half an hour, explained everything to my satisfaction, and gave me a good rundown of ways to prevent the problem happening again. The business gets 5 stars, and the tech, Josh, gets 5 stars too.

SuperTech is always excellent. They have wonderful Technicians who are very thorough, friendly and come in the window of time provided.
They are only doing what is needed to keep your system working properly and efficiently and never trying to up sell services not needed.
Been a happy customer for years and strongly advise the maintenance package.

My A/C stopped blowing cool air. I called SuperTech up and they came out the next day. The technician, Steve, did a great job identifying the problem and fixing it quickly. He was also a very nice and personable guy. I would recommend SuperTech again!
