I am so pleased with the service and work done by Elmar! They came out to my home within an hour of calling and the service professional was able to get my heat working quickly. I was surprised that he was able to fix it without charging me for equipment but they did advise if it didn't work what the cost would be to fix it, so I could prepare. Most companies would try to get the higher price upfront so I REALLY appreciate them wanting to save me money and keep me informed.

We had a contract with this HVAC company for a full system. Their guy came out and did a walk through and came up with a price of 19K. I accepted the contract, paid the deposit and then weeks later, was told it was going to be 7k more. In the meantime, I didn't sign any new contract but they came to start the job doing the 19k dollar contract but said that they were only going to heat and cool the basement and 1st floor. I am not sure how this made any sense as who would just heat and cool the 1st and 2nd floor and not the bedrooms??? My contractor stopped them and we requested a meeting with everyone, needless to say the meeting didn't go well as there was a ton of miscommunication among the company and we were getting different stories from different people. I personally spoke to the manager and told him the story, he apologized and said he would make it right himself. His making it right was to charge us 7k dollars more. I requested twice to escalate this to the owner or supervisor, but was never responded to. I would caution you before using this company as I thought we had all of our ducks in a row, but turns out, they didn't care about the integrity of a contract.

These guys were top notch from start to finish! Extremely pleasant and so knowledgeable. Installed new AC unit and replaced bad coil for very reasonable price. Highly recommended for all your HVAC needs!

I wanted a ductless heating and AC unit in a lower level home office. The fact that they had a showroom near my office specifically dedicated to ductless heating an AC made them a perfect place to start my decision making process. They were able to answer all my questions during that first visit. I asked when they could install and to my surprise they said how about tomorrow? Everything was in-stock, a technician was out to my house the same day and everything was in-stalled the next day. In this age of supply chain issues and waiting weeks and even months to get what you want...Elmar Heating and Cooling over-delivered. My wife is now warm in her home office and my life is GOOD!

Hi, I just wanted to take this time to mention the awesome job done by Elmar Services. I had my mini split unit serviced and it was easy to make an appointment, the mechanic called me when he was on his way, he was polite and courteous, he explained his work, and he cleaned up the work site. And everyone in the office is a pleasure to deal with too. All in all a great bunch to work with. Thank you!

Fist floor Furnace wasn’t working. I called on Sunday morning and excellent repair technician came, Dennis Morgan, came and evaluated in timely fashion. The blower motor wasn’t working and needed a part that he brought the next day. They had repair estimate, parts and labor all available before signing contract. They also had a optional service contract that I also requested with zero pressure (cheaper than yearly maintenance).
By 5pm the day after calling, the bottom furnace was fixed and maintenance done with thorough explanation and PDF. Both Elmar, the company, and the repair technician, Dennis Morgan, we’re excellent, friendly, efficient. 24 hour service including weekends is very ideal.

Joe and his crew arrived on time and completed gas furnace installation and A/C installation early than expected. They did a fantastic job.

Technician was great -- efficient, courteous, friendly. Good communication too.
