Elmar did a really great job with installing a system of six mini splits. They were really easy to work with and coordinated seamlessly with the other contractors I had working on the house at the same time. I would definitely recommend them.

Very professional and high quality work! Technician let us know what was going on. He needed another part which he left briefly to obtain so that job could be completed as scheduled. No hesitation to recommend as doing superb work!!

Excellent company to work with for repair and maintenance. I have a yearly contract for maintenance and it’s well worth the cost. Employees are friendly and honest. No one has tried to sell me products or recommend service I don’t need. I highly recommend Elmar.

Since the laat review below, we have since had them install 4th unit in the basement.
We also use them for our annual maintenance of all the units.

***2018 We used Elmar Services to install 3 mini split systems in our house as well as a tankless water heater. They were quick, courteous, professional and very nice. Would recommend them to anyone.

The crew has been with us for two days installing ductless AC/heat units in four rooms. They have been a pleasure to have in our home. They are clearly competent, responsive to our questions and concerns, polite and efficient. The job will hopefully be completed in one more day, which was what was initially projected. Based on our experience so far, I’d be thrilled to recommend Elmar Services to anyone considering installing ductless AC units in their home.
PS - Work is now completed and we can say immediately after the fact that it was a great pleasure having Christian and his crew here upgrading our home for us. I’ve done most of the work that our house has required over the past 35 years, including new plumbing, wiring, windows, floor refinishing, kitchen remodeling, etc., etc. This was one of the first times we’ve had a large contract with an outside vendor to make a change to our home. I was a bit anxious, to say the least. These guys were awesome. They were very responsive to my questions and suggestions, and did not leave the job site until everything was up and running beautifully, and perhaps even a bit cleaner than when they arrived! Thanks so much for taking care of us so well!

Elmer Services have consistently delivered very timely and professional services. I they quickly helped me when the company that installed my AC was not available. They thoroughly inspected and resolved my problems faster than expected. The customer service from the beginning through post repair follow-up was second to none. They even provide suggestions on ways I can save energy costs. Top notch operation! I highly recommend them to anyone!

Let me tell you, these guys are the BEST! Last year, we had a Ductless AC system installed in our 80 year old home. The price was fair and the service was incredible. Entire system installed in less than 2 days and works so great!

Even though our new system also has the ability to heat our home, we still use our hydronic heating system and ran into an issue with our boiler. We called the usual folks that worked on it and they wanted us to spend over 10k dollars on a new boiler. I thought they were trying to sell us more than what we needed so I called the Elmer guys to see what they think. They quickly solved the problem and it only cost us $150! Much less than 10k! They also fixed another issue where a pesky critter shorted out a wire and were able to fix our thermostat control system without breaking the bank.

So if you are looking for a ductless system or need any AC/Boiler work done, give these folks a call!

Elmar replaced the hot water heater,, gas furnace and installed AC. They were the only company who actually sent me an estimate without my first agreeing to use them. I've recommended them already to my friend. No regrets!

I can highly recommend Elmar as a professional company for HVAC knowledge and skill. We needed our heat pump replaced and I tend to do some of my own research so I can ask questions about the systems I'm looking into and they had someone reach out just to discuss in greater detail the system I was looking at. They utilize a great notification system of when you schedule service as well as a text when their team is in route to you. Their teams are professional and polite and respectful. Pricing isn't too high for the service and they're very good about keeping up on issues that you may have come up. Our thermostat was acting strange and needed some tweaking so they came right out.
Definitely check them out if you are looking at having a system replacement or even maintenance.
