We had a tankless hot water heater installed by Elmar Services. They showed up on time for the “the quote”. The quote was adequate they showed up on time for the install which was very fast. The insulation was clean professional and worked beautifully. This is the second time I’ve use their service and I’m very pleased with the work that they do and the professionalism they do it with.

Joe and Mario did a beautiful job installing our Mitsubishi indoor and outdoor units, in spite of some dicey architectural challenges and pouring rain.
They were patient and meticulous, ensuring we were satisfied with every aspect of the job.
We were also given outstanding service by Matt in the Timonium showroom, as well as by Brian when he did the estimate in our home.
After estimates from multiple HVAC companies, we selected Elmar hands-down based on best estimate and service.
Their communication is also superb. What a breath of fresh air... everyone listened to and respected our wishes.

Elmar installed gas line to hook up my dryer. They also hooked up my dryer and hauled away the old one. They were amazing, the work looked professional. HIGHLY recommend.

I had a great experience with Elmar. I had a new condenser and coils installed, and I added a ductless unit to a hard to cool area of the house. They were knowledgeable and quick to provide a quote. They weren't pushy when it came to sales, and I could tell they took pride in their work.

I haven't had to use it much yet, but I couldn't be more satisfied at this point. If I remember, I'll post an update once the summer weather hits.

The technician who performed the annual cleaning and maintenance on our air conditioning system was friendly, responsive, on-time and respectful of our property. All work was was performed in an efficient and timely manner.

As always this company gives excellent care and prompt services. They did the original installation of my ductless systems and any questions I had the were able to take care of immediately. I had new siding put on my house and the company removing the old asbestos siding ended up damaging some of my lines. Elmar was at my house the next day and had my system back up and running by the end of the day. They are definitely the company to go to for split systems.
