Excellent install: I decided to have a mini-split system put in the house and as a test did half the house at a time. Elmar was selected to do the install, their quote was reasonably priced and include all the components needed to make a 3 zone mini-split system happen.

Install went in without issues, and so far the system is *incredible*. It's an LG system, kept the house warm during the very cool spring months and has been outstanding as an AC system in the summer.

I'll have them do the other half of the house early next year and have been very pleased with the quality of install!

Elmar quoted a fair price for installing Mitsubishi mini splits in our 1908 brick home.

Elmar heating and cooling was the only company that answered the phone in person w/o a recorded message. I really appreciated the ability to talk to someone. They addressed my concerns and made appointment to come out to inspect my water
heater . The technician was right on time so friendly an professional. He was able to address all my concerns. I will definitely recommend Elmar heating and cooling.

Will Conklin from Elmar was fantastic. He arrived 2.5 hours after I first called Elmer. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. They also took the time to explain the repair. The pricing was reasonable.

The technicians arrived promptly and was very courteous and professional. They were efficient and kept me updated on the install process over the 3-day install.

They addressed original need to ID what was wrong with my A/C unit. They did a thorough evaluation and easily determined the problem. Then provided me with timely quotes for a new system but selected a different contractor for the work. Selection of contractor was no reflection on the quality of their work and I would use the again in the future if needed.

I had 3 ductless mini-splits installed by Elmar about 3 years ago. They impressed me a lot with their expertise when they gave me their initial work plan and estimate. They have also been very professional and good about providing regular maintenance. I think they do an outstanding job and the heating and cooling are great!!

The service guy did a very thorough cleaning of our unit. He also answered our questions and helped us understand how to more efficiently use our unit.
