Elmar services was great my technician Brian was the best. He was timely, very polite, attentive and clean. He followed the mandated rules for the virus and he walked me through on how to operate my system. I will recommend Elmar to anyone looking to upgrade, add on or an install. Elmar installed a new Mitsubishi ductless unit in our finished basement, which did not have an HVAC system. The entire team was easy to deal with and very professional. The team was on time for each visit (estimate, pre-walk, and install). The estimate was easy to understand and the install team was great and did a excellent job explaining where they needed access and gave instruction on how to operated the unit. I highly recommend the Elmar team, they exceeded expectations.

In this day and age it is nice to finally have a company that will appreciate your business, keep you informed throughout their work, explain what they did, and be courteous the entire time. I decided to have a new Mitsubishi system installed at my house. I had estimates from eight different companies for both traditional systems and ductless. Some companies never even followed up. Elmar Air was a great experience from start to finish. Vlad communicated when he was arriving, spent time explaining all my options, and at no time pressuring me in any way. He helped me pick the best system at the best price, and found me all the rebates that I qualified for. When it was time to install, again plenty of communication throughout the process. Christian the tech was courteous and completed the job cleanly and on time. He did a great job of respecting my property through the entire process. After the job was done he made sure I knew how everything worked. A few days later I was contacted by Codi in the office to make sure everything was great. This is truly a business that takes pride in their work if you ask me. I call it top notch signature service. Great people too.

The techs were very knowledgeable and professional for my tankless boiler installation. Definitely recommend using this company for your heating and cooling needs.

Elmar Services replaced my natural gas furnace and reworked some of my ducts. They were fast, professional and friendly, and the price was right! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. So nice to finally be WARM in my house!

Overall my experience with Elmar was above average. There were a few issues with some work not being competed as described but much of this was due to a new technician and some additional training being needed on some newer technology.

Where Elmar really shined was the response to my concerns and getting someone out to fully address my issues and ensure I was happy with the final product. Elmar’s customer service is what sets them apart in this market and their prices are just the cherry on top.

I chose Elmar Services based on some terrific reviews I read about them on Instagram. I can truly say that they did not disappoint. Adam was the guy who came out to the house first and he was very nice and professional and he gave me an good and honest estimate. On the day of the install, Buddy at dispatch called in to make sure the crew got to my house on time and that everything was to my satisfaction. The crew that installed my furnace worked diligently and professionally and stayed until late to make sure the job was done right. Another guy named Christian even came back on a Saturday because he did not like a tube and vent that had previously been installed by the other company and wanted to make sure the job was done right. I will definitely use Elmar Services again. Thanks to the whole crew at Elmar!

Elmer replaced an old mini split unit. Work was done promptly, professionally, and at a fair price. I definitely recommend these folks.
