First time I can remember any service person coming on time (early in this case), explaining everything and showing evidence of it--including proof of COVID-19 vaccination! Safe, careful, thorough, and honest.

The technician was onsite less than 24 hours after my nonemergency call. He was efficient and polite, explaining each step of proposed fixes, along with cost and alternatives. The AC is working well. Based on my experience, I can certainly recommend this firm.

Quick, professional service. They came out on the same day, within 1 hour! They know what they're doing. Definitely recommend them!

Wanted a company close to home with a good review (Beltsville for service in Greenbelt area). Found through Google search. Customer service over the phone was friendly & efficient. An appointment was made for the very next day. The technician was prompt, in touch via phone before arriving, and most efficient. He diagnosed the problem quickly, resolved the issue, and offered some advice for keeping the system running smoothly. Highly recommend this company!

I have to say that my experience with JC and JC HVAV Mechnical really great. I would use them again an I would recommend them to my neighbors for service. Excellent customer service and skilled technicians.

JC & JC were very eager to get my AC fixed and came back twice to make sure the AC was working to my specifications. They are very concerned with customer care and afforded a fair price. Use them and feel confident.

UPDATE:
After posting my initial review, the company contacted me to see what they could do to make this right.
They sent a technician by emergency dispatch, and ultimately they were only late by 30 - 40 minutes.
They tried their best to put things right, and I appreciate that effort, so I'm giving them another chance.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I set up an appointment for a new HVAC estimate, and was given confirmation of the appointment timeline of 11am to 1pm.
At 12:35pm, I called to confirm the technician was still on schedule, and was only told then that they were running behind and MAYBE could be there two hours later.

I'll be giving my business to another company that can either keep to a schedule, or at a minimum be bothered to contact me and let me know if there are expected delays, rather than forcing me to call and find this out for myself.

My recommendation to others is the same.
