Jeremy and his crew are kind, professional and reasonable. In a stressful situation they have such a calm demeanor. They were able to give us a fair quote on our new HVAC unit and took their time to double check their work. Jeremy was amazing, responsive, and thorough. I had a leak in my system and he spent many hours working to diagnose the issue and find the leak. When he was unable to find the leak, he took the time to explain the process to me and we figured out next steps. He was able to replace a part under warranty and helped me to understand why that was where the leak was. It took three days but he returned promptly each day, was patient with my many questions, and ended up solving my problem! 10/10 would definitely call his company again and will be recommending him to anyone who asks.

It's not often these days that you find a company that provides old-fashion great service with new fashion technology and speed. Complete Comfort installed a new gas boiler for my radiant heating system as well as new Nest thermostats. The owner, Jeremy Hairston came out to provide an estimate and was prompt, courteous and provided an incredibly competitive bid. He listened to what I wanted and made suggestions to improve my heat even with a smaller, more efficient unit, hence saving money on the system and future energy costs. Not only did Complete Climate do the job just as they promised, they made additional small improvements at no additional cost. Every employee that came into my house was careful to keep things clean, worked very hard and was very courteous. Not only do I have a more efficient system, Complete Comfort warrants their work for 3 years! No other installer I talked to provided that level of warranty. I could not recommend this company more highly and look forward to having them do any other system upgrades I may need in the future.

I called Complete Comfort to come Service my HVAC system as a preventative measure to avoid future issues. This summers heat has been brutal, and I wanted to catch any issues before they become bigger.
