Hands down you will not find a better company! I can’t express enough how pleased I was with their service. Complete Comfort is professional, thorough, well priced and has excellent customer service. In addition to being very responsive they stand by their work! Even if you may think something is wrong they will send a technician immediately to assess the problem. You are crazy if you use any other company.

Had the pleasure of using this company on a renovation project in a restaurant. The people that work for this company showed nothing but pure class. The HVAC system was installed with no hiccups. Would recommend in a second. Thanks guys!

Jeremy was very responsive in returning my phone call to schedule an appointment and prompt with service. At the time of service, he was professional, personable and took time to explain what he was going to do before service. After he serviced our home, he shared before/after photos, took time for us to review the invoice, explained and gave us tips to better maintain our home for the future. If we were staying in the DMV area, we would definitely use Complete Comfort LLC again. Highly recommend.

Fantastic crew, great work, very professional. I cannot recommend Complete Comfort enough. Complete Comfort was recommended to me by a neighbor after I had already scheduled 3 other companies to do estimates, but I added them to the list and knew from our initial meeting that this was the company I would go with to replace my HVAC system. It's not often that you get a professional who can adequately explain the work to be done in terms that anyone can understand but still answer any of your question. Usually it's a set speech kept simple but vague, leaving you with unanswered questions. Jeremy was an exception. We could have a detailed conversation at a level that answered my questions without leaving me more confused. He and his crew were incredibly courteous and professional, above and beyond what I would expect given a wide range of experiences over the last few years when I had my water heater replaced and my floors replaced (and later repaired). And if their service and professionalism wasn't enough, their pricing was highly competitive and the 3 year warranty of labor (where everyone else only gives one!) were major sellers. As I stated to start, I cannot recommend this company enough. They are wonderful!

We have used Complete Comfort many times now and we will keep using them on the future. In our first house they will able to fix our AC unit when another contractor had said it had to be replaced. In our recently bought home, thanks to Jay's expertise, by fixing our unit, our electric bill was reduce from $400 to $150! They also redid all the duck work when we decided to remove a wall and did such a wonderful work. Recently, he recommended us to install a humidifier since the environment in our house was to dry and it made such a big difference! We also replace our water heater with them and works perfectly!

These guys are great! Jeremy is extremely knowledgeable. I had my HVAC go out during some of the hottest days this summer (up to 87 degrees in my house). I was referred to Complete Comfort from a friend / coworker who had used them before and suggested I call them. Not only did Jeremy come out very quickly after my call but he was even able to install a brand new system within a few days (my old system was approximately 22 years old). It's also worth noting he was extremely competitive on the price to install the new system. I can't say enough good things about Jeremy and Complete Comfort.
