His knowledge and understanding of all things heating and air conditioning is vast, but the way he brings it down to a level I can understand is appreciated! I have been using Complete Comfort now for 3 years and can’t speak highly enough to the quality of service, responsiveness, and trust they have earned with me. My 15 yr old unit was on its last leg thus I used the maintenance and servicing of that unit to get me through two more years and to try out 4 different AC servicing companies in the area before installing a needed new central air unit. What sold me on Jeremy and Complete Comfort is the passion he has for his work. Jeremy is the owner/operator and will be the one at your house performing the work. The quality of work/service is his name and company reputation in which he relies on word of mouth for marketing. I did NOT get that same feeling with the other 3 companies I worked with; they were an employee dispatched to my house, I was simply just a work order that they needed to get completed and after mine they rushed to the next.

When it came time for replacing my unit, I did get a second quote as well which I found to be much higher than Complete Comfort after they nickel and dimed me for all the extras/upgrades they were selling me on…
Clear P pipe (so you see blockage/need of cleaning) for the condensation drain with a built in electronic sensor w/ auto shut off to the unit to prevent back up to avoid mold or water damage. I asked Jeremy if this was extra and his response, no and this is already included because that is the proper way of setting up your system. SOLD.

I have used Complete Comfort for many years for myself and also a lot of my clients (I am a Realtor) have used them as well. They are very professional, on time and very honest. I have worked with many companies before and I only recommend them now for everything related to HVAC and heating services. From inspection to full installation. I have lived in my house nearly 20 years and this is by far the best person who has ever worked on my AC. He corrected issues that had been caused by the initial installation and did a thorough assessment in which he fixed a leak and saved us tons of money compared to other quotes. He also showed me the work he had done and taught me a few things I hadn’t known before about our system. He was extremely respectful and a great teacher! He will be the only person I use from now on.

Couldn't be happier with the service I got from Jeremy and Comfort Care. I started hearing odd noises on different levels of my townhome with the heat running. It was never consistent or obvious where they were from, so I called Jeremy. The next day he came on time, was easy to talk to, and was patient with the process. Just when we were about to give up on trying to duplicate the noises, he asked to run the system through one more time. Sure enough he could hear it on that last run, and his suspicions were confirmed. He came back two days later and took care of it. For the time he put in, the general advice he gave me as a new homeowner, and the actual repair, I felt I got a more than fair price. Next time I have an HVAC issue I will definitely be calling him.

Complete Comfort provides excellent service. They are always responsive when I reach out with an issue or request a quote. During the last service call, they arrived on site as scheduled, with an appropriately staffed crew, and completed the job with great efficiency. They left my site in perfect order, even sweeping the sidewalk as they left. I highly recommend Complete Comfort!

I don’t trust any other company with our HVAC needs. We’ve been using them for years for our personal home and rental homes, and they always exceed our expectations. I appreciate the owner’s honesty - instead of trying to convince us to hire him for the most expensive job, he assesses the issue and gives us different options for fixing it.

We heard of the Complete Comfort LLC through an acquaintance and called the company to get a free quote to install a new HVAC for our home. The owner of the company showed up and evaluated our HVAC system. After two hours he said he didn't have any real solution for how to fix our system and then charged us $95.00 plus tax for his analysis. On the Complete Comfort website it clearly states "Get Your Free Quote Today". Don't believe it!!!

Jeremy was great! He was able to assess the issues with our minisplits quickly and was very reasonably priced. He explained everything he was doing so I could better understand the units myself, and maintain them in the future.
