These guys are great, particularly Adonis. They've been very responsive to our service calls, and Adonis has patiently worked through solutions to a fairly unique issue we've had with our HVAC unit (and didn't judge us too much for user error, like not checking for a thrown breaker). Highly recommend Riley.

Ancient AC Unit finally went kaput. Called Riley based on neighborhood recommendations. They did a great job diagnosing the issue and installing a new unit on the next day. Very professional and courteous staff, competitive pricing and next day installation make Riley a great choice for HVAC needs.

I received fantastic service from Adonis at Riley Heating and Air. He was very professional and personable. He diagnosed and fixed a challenging problem with a system lockout code. He explored all the options methodically and also explained all the issues to me. He also stayed to make sure that the system started correctly with no errors. I recommend them very highly.

Called about aircondtioning repair.
Prompt service, diagnosed the burned out capacitor quickly. $14 part. Completely shocked when he wanted $700 for the service call. He tried to make up a story about a jump starting the system and "other fixes". Watched him the entite time and I had already tested it with a multimeter myself. I paid him because it is not really worth arguing when it is this hot out, but can't recommend them after that.

Fantastic service. Came out, replaced the capacitor, fixing my A/C issue right ahead of another oppressively humid week. And very reasonable.

There's nothing worse than waking up on the first of the year with no heat! I called Riley Heat and Air the day after the holiday, and they sent out a repairman within four hours and fixed the problem quickly. The tech explained his work and discussed my concerns, which leaves me much more informed about my HVAC system. Wonderful customer service, and fast, efficient, and affordable service.
