Nicson is a fantastic HVAC professional. When my AC broke, he sprang into action and quickly diagnosed and ordered the part that needed to be replace. Compare this with the HVAC company provided to me by so-called warranty provider, who had me and my family SWEATING for two weeks with no committed date to completing the repair and you can imagine why I view Nicson as a savior. On top of doing the job quickly, he's responsive, friendly and thoughtful. He also troubleshooted and fixed an airflow problem I was having upstairs. In short, Nicson is an excellent HVAC professional!

I had an unreliable old HVAC that was tricky to fix due to some strange components installed by the previous tenant. Mr Lebrun was very helpful and dedicated to getting the system to work again and explained the problem, the fix, and things to consider for future maintenance. So I definitely recommend this service.

Nicson and his team helped us out immensely this summer. They insulated our HVAC unit thoroughly — and rewired our house with a first-floor thermostat install, moving it from the second floor. Lebrun’s HVAC Services were recommended by a friend after I called another company to diagnose my problem with my a/c. Lebrun’s price was much more reasonable and they were willing to come that very day. When they came, they were considerate and respectful of me (they wore masks the entire time) and my property (they wore shoe coverings to protect my carpet). They were knowledgeable and took time to explain what caused the problem. Nicson and his apprentice were courteous and wasted no time. When my problem became more challenging, Nicson did not give in to the easier, more expensive route. He worked diligently until he resolved the problem. The next day, I contacted him with an additional concern. He promptly and kindly addressed my concern. Thanks to Nicson, I’m enjoying air conditioning again on these hot summer pandemic days.

My interaction with this company and Nicson was awesome. We had an AC issue and called late on a Saturday afternoon. Nicson came out that evening and repaired. There was a separate issue that needed fixing. As soon as the supply houses were open the next day he got the part and fixed that issue as well. Absolutely would recommend.

Thank you very much for this great service I highly recommend. It is a Saturday and the AC does not work under 85 degree F. I sent a message at 2 pm and at 6 pm my AC was working perfectly. Mr. Lebrun was VERY responsive and finds the issue quickly. He did a perfect work and when I asked questions about related issues Mr. Lebrun took a look all of them, answered my questions and proposed solutions. Mr. Lebrun went above and beyond.
