Super unprofessional. Not only would I never use them again? I will send post to both of our community listservs about my experience. I gave this company a 1 star review because they came out said that I need to either replace my boiler or make $3000 plus in repairs. They were wrong. Plumber #2 - not from JC and JC — came out, plugged in the two wires that had been mysteriously disconnected, ran a diagnostic, and the boiler fired up and worked fine.

I posted this and they responded to my negative review by posting a very detailed response that included old notes from my account, payment information, and other details that are totally inappropriate to be posting on a public forum. I guess they were really upset that I gave them a bad review. Beware - you probably don’t want to go with a company that tries to attack their customers. Not when there are many solid plumbers out there to work with.

This company is very professional and efficient and I would highly recommend them.

These people came out the next day. Got our A/C running even though it was old and needed replacement. It took a few days to get the new units (we did the heat and ac). It took most of the day but they did a great job. I think our price was reasonable, it seemed lower that other people I knew paid. I highly recommend JC&JC!

My HVAC went out during a heat wave. I attempted to call so many HVAC companies and did not get a response or they canceled on me. JC and JC came out immediately and assessed the situation. Unfortunately my unit was 20 years old and they recommended replacement. I wanted to be sure they gave me a fair price, so I called more companies to get additional quotes. Jc and Jc had the cheapest price and could install that day. Karla in the office was very gracious with my 5 million questions and even explained the financing to me. They installed while I was at work so that I didn’t need to miss work! My home was locked back to my instructions and the construction zone was cleaned back to perfection. They took care to ensure my cat didn’t get out while they came in and out. Overall they made a very frustrating experience a breeze

Quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed my ac. The technician, Tony, was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Great service — responded almost immediately to my email, and then came to check out my HVAC within 5 hours. I've used another company before who kept trying to upsell me. JC&JC told me that my HVAC was getting old and becoming less efficient, which is why it isn't performing as well as it used to. They didn't insist that I needed a new system, but gave me an installation price range for when the time came. I will definitely be calling them again if I have issues in the future.
