JC & JC HVAC

This is my second time using JC & JC HVAC. JC & JC HVAC technician replaced my defective thermostat and made sure everything worked appropriately. He cares about his work. I will contact him again for the summer season.

The best! The technician explained and answered all of my questions, they did an amazing job. Since I did the appointment they managed to squeeze a spot for the time I was available and Antonio is an expert in what he is doing. Además también hablan español :)

Joe was prompt and efficient. My AC hasn't run this cold since I moved here. I definitly recommend this company.

After go online and search for hvac companies I decided to go for JC & JC Hvac. The price was very good compare with other companies' estimates. Their services was excellent. They really did a good job!!

The technicians arrived on time and completed the work that day. The new system is working fine. There were a few minor problems but JC & JC corrected them.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR FREE TIME.

These guys offered a competitive quote for installing my new A/C unit and furnace. They arrived on time and completed the work in a few hours and disposed of everything. They left somewhat of a mess in my basement but I can handle that, although it was a little unprofessional.

The REAL unprofessionalism has been made apparent in my attempts to get a follow-up appointment for a tune-up and another time for a unit inspection (my fan bearing sounded funny). Here's the general timeline for both events:

1) Call to have a technician come out and describe the work involved. One both occasions this has been about a week in advance of my requested date, which was agreed to easily enough by the young lady on the phone. Am told I'll get a confirmation phone call the day before the requested date.

2) The day before, I get NO confirmation call, I've had to call these guys around 8 at night to confirm, both times I've gotten someone else at the company, who was COMPLETELY unaware I had originally scheduled this appointment already. I'm told again that their guys can come out. OK, no big deal.

3) I take off of work to be home for this appointment, no one shows up for about an hour into my window, I call YET AGAIN to confirm, and they never scheduled my appointment!

It's called GOOGLE CALENDAR PEOPLE! MAKE APPOINTMENTS AND DISSEMINATE THEM WITHIN YOUR ORGANIZATION OR SOMETHING! Not everyone can afford to miss a half of day at work only to have you guys screw up your own scheduling! I've worked with a few contractors in the DMV and these guys are easily the worst, most negligent, least organized I've ever seen. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. I'd give them a zero star if I could.

I am happy they got me up and running in lest that an hour. I am pleased with the service I received.

Antonio did a great job! Came in and went straight to work. Had my thermostat up and running and no where in DC can you get that service and a great price! Thank you!

I have worked with JC&JC many times over the years, and am always impressed with their professionalism, punctuality, and excellent work quality. Antonio knows every system option backwards and forwards, and his techs are thorough and respectful.

JC & JC HVAC provided exceptional service. I strongly recommend this company. Their employees are genuinely helpful.
