By far the best service company we've worked with since we moved here. They are very courteous, responsive, professional, explains everything and not crazy expensive. They replaced both my furnace and my A/C. I highly recommend this company .

The service technician was great. He was friendly and courteous . I initially decided to go with the service. Because the technician had limited English, he called his boss Antonio to translate. Antonio got on the phone and told me “this is America my friend, pay two fees now. “ . I expressed to Antonio I was going with the service and I was told a estimate would come tomorrow, and he stated “my rep told you there is a $99 service fee. I expressed to him nobody told me of a service fee . They said they would provide a free estimate. At no point during the initial 2 calls , or text or email did anyone mention $99 service fee. Again, the technician was great. Antonio then tells me it’s common sense to know there is a service fee. I said but I was told free estimate, and I was informed that they could not give a estimate today so I have to pay fee. So you came out, did not fix anything and stated you have to come back tomorrow to give an accurate estimate. You could not tell me today what needed to be fixed. So what service was provided today because I still don’t know what needs to be fixed. Then Antonio calls me back and threatens me. I would never ever refer this company to anyone. Antonio was wayyyyy over the top for no reason. Every question I answer for him was met with hostility. Terrible service!

Overall the quality and speed was great on my install. If you are having a roof AC replaced be sure to get a quote on crane before service since this came as a surprise to me.

Good price, great service! Came out quickly and fixed my AC for a fair price. The service technicians were very friendly and professional.

JC's team worked promptly to diagnose AC failure and replace outside condenser as fast as possible during abnormally hot May weather. The biggest source of delay was our inability to get comparison estimates during a weekend from anyone else: as soon as we confirmed that JC's pricing was competitive we OK'd the job and they executed asap. JC were also responsive to our queries about alternative equipment options.

Had my outdoor unit installed with no problems. Maintained very good communication throughout the entire installation. Arrived exactly when they said they would and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend them.

I used this company when I needed a new HVAC system. There prices were the most reasonable and they have a quality service. I continue to use them to maintain the system. They have great specials and are always very professional and communicate the health of the system. I’m a fan going forward with this house and my next home.
