Customer rep was friendly and attentive to my needs. The repair person was punctual and gave me a call to confirm estimated time of arrival. He quickly diagnosed the issue and resolved my problem, explaining what steps he was taking and why along the way. He also gave me sound advice to avoid similar problems in the future. Thus far, the AC is working fine. My only concern is that the rep noted an $85 assessment fee that would be reimbursed if the work was completed. The repair person stated that that was only for services greater than $300 - which mine was under. I didn't protest it, but I do think that's something should be cleared up front between customer rep and potential customer. Regardless, the service was good and I'll recommend them to friends.

I had great experience with JC & JC HVAC. They came to my house on the hottest day of the year 115 heat index). These gentleman uninstalled my old ac unit and installed a brand new in only a couple of hours. They explained everything to me about what was going on and told me about the new system. These guys are VERY friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I Highly recommend them and thank you again guys for the amazing job. They definitely have a long long customer in me.

JC was great. I had to cancel at the last minute because of an emergency and they were able to reschedule me without hesitation. They were punctual, friendly and knowledgable. Highly recommended.

great and friendly and efficient service

This is my second time using JC&JC once for a furnace replacement and again for a AC replacement. Both outdated systems.

In both cases they were very responsive when I called and friendly and courteous, from phone staff to mechanical personnel. I would highly recommend them.

The only reason for only 4 stars was because due to the urgent nature of the repairs I did not have time to get multiple quotes to compare thier prices.

I have a great experience with this company the employees are very attentive Geovan and the people who work in the office are the best, i felt very pleasant with the job they did.

Fast, professional service. The guys at JC and JC worked with us to meet our scheduling challenges and took the time to explain the repair and replacement process in detail. New unit is up and running and we know we can count on the team to keep it in tip top shape.

Was not pleased. Technician was not friendly at all, seemed bothered to explain what needed to be fixed, and provided no real service besides replacing a filter. I could have easily done that for $125. This “preventative” maintenance apt essentially amounted to him coming out, barely inspecting and saying “everything looks good”. Will not use this company again.

Update: Time (45min) does not equal quality. The reason it even took that long was because I was trying to learn and ask a few questions. As for the thermostat, the tech tried to tell me it costs $180 to program the thermostat because of “all the settings”. Please do not use that as your justification moving forward. Some people may be even more insulted than I was. I went in and reset it and fixed it within 2 minutes. It’s unfortunate that companies create extra costs based on where someone lives. We all want honest and quality service.
